Millions cross the border, future dem voters, that is why they don't stop it.
I just paid $50+ additional dollars (tax) to get an Enhanced Driver's License so I can cross into Canada. ( so I can go to the Trad Men's Conference)
    Everything is upside down
    St Polycarp, pray for us.

This country has degenerated and devolved into an incredible mess. Why would any able bodied, rational person want to lay their lives down in defending it? Truly pathetic situation.

I’m very happy you’re covering the subject.
I also want to be sure that you and your followers are aware of something of grave concern to Catholics. Did you know that the Biden administration’s immigration department has changed the laws and advanced the deadlines to comply with existing laws for all priests, religious, and missionaries here in the United States, who were here on visas?
They are in effect being deported. Please Google the article in the national Catholic register about priests and religious being deported.
Here, in Idaho, where we are short on priest, because we have a lot of rural parishes, and thus rely on priest from Poland other parts of Europe, Latin America and Nigeria, at least 19 priests will be deported this year and next. Please please do a story on this very important issue. I don’t think a lot of people, or even a lot of Catholics, are aware of this hypocrisy.

Please post a video on what you've heard about the cancellation of the Latin Mass at the Cathedral. I'm sure the Austin Diocese will be silent, so even some second-hand news would be welcome if you have any.

Correction - the Diocese did thankfully provide some recent clarification on the matter, and it was Pope Francis who was responsible for the cancellation. I am looking forward to hearing the current liturgy in Latin in the Cathedral. I've heard of this "Unicorn" Mass, but have never witnessed one myself. Peace and grace to you!

But wait! In Latin class we learned there are three genders: masculine, feminine, and neuter.
Two sexes: male and female. ;-)

I agree. It is time for a serious discussion. And I hope other states in addition to Texas also have this discussion.

Texas CAN'T do as it pleases with the border because it violates a federal prerogative, but New York CAN do what it wants with regard to j a b man dates and the removal of federal First Amendment protections from same.
Two positions. Same Court with the same Justices.

  • @jslice3163

We really need to be careful with secession. I am totally in favor of decentralizing the power structures in this country and even creating smaller states out of larger ones (e.g. Long Island should be freed from the tyranny of Albany). However, couldn't this be what the enemies of our country also want? Smaller to manage powers is also a risky proposition for the people to be manipulated by multinationals and international financiers. Nevertheless, I would be supportive, please annex the Midwest while you are at it if you do. 🙂

Texas pays $3.52 per $1.00 of federal aid that Texas receives. You might say "Oh wow, that means that Texas is paying more than its getting, so, Texas would be better off on its own!" - But this is not the case! Texas is actually exactly in the middle of the pack when it comes to "bang for your buck" on federal aid received vs federal taxes paid - ranking 25th out of the 50 states. So, if Texas left the union on its own, it wouldn't really benefit at all, it would be a net wash in terms of federal taxes. But what if Texas took a few neighboring states with it, like New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi or Alabama? Those states I just listed are among the most dependent on federal aid in the nation, with New Mexico being number 1 in "most dependent". A nation comprised of only the American south would be a disaster. While it is true that Texas has the second highest GDP of any state, behind only California, the rest of the southern states are nowhere close. New Mexico's GDP for instance is only 131,500 MM, compared to Texas's 2,600,000 MM (meaning that NM's GDP is only 5% the size of Texas's GDP). So, if I were Texan, I would not want to leave the union! Texas seems to be in a net wash in terms of federal aid and federal taxes, but if Texas left, it would either have to leave alone, or else it would take the poorest and neediest states with it.
