    This is so crazy. I started making this years ago as a tea. I also add an apple to mine and juiced them instead of blending for a cold drink. It actually works. It also helps with reducing inflammation.

      You know what my daughter made Mason jars for all of her family members one jar per household and in it was nothing but honey and a bunch of peeled😖 garlic.
      She says when she starts feeling bad she'd chew 1 whole garlic in a teaspoon of honey daily of course after work. She's saying the same thing you says she said it gets rid of all the phlegm. what do you think of my daughter's way?

      drink 1-2 tablespoons of Braggs or other brand of mothers apple cider vinegar with water . you can find Braggs mothers apple cider vinegar at walmart, grocery store or health food store. $6. look up "Benifits of mothers apple cider vinegar"
      also eat RAW sauerkraut $4-6 and/or drink plain kefir $5.5 = you can buy both at trader joes or health food store. I guy mine at trader joes both are excellent. The kefir is goat milk which is suppose to be the best for adding good bacteria to the gut (your immune system) see dr bergs and eric bakker naturopath vids on benfits of kefir and raw sauerkraut and fermented veggies. the lable should only read salt, water and cabbage for fremented veggies.
      if you want to make your own then look up yt Mary's nest she has excellent vids on how to make both.

    • @jansmith3158
      @jansmith3158 ปีที่แล้ว

      honey is sugar which feeds the bad Bacteria. make onion tea then add lemon.
      also look into "Activated charcoal" beniftis on y t Dr Axe, Dr Berg, Dr group etc.

    I made these and they are great. For me, too much citrus can irritate my stomach so I can’t drink too much of it. So I used a smaller silicone ice cube mold from Target. I also did make the effort to take out all the seeds which made it take a little longer. The turmeric did stain my blender cup. It didn’t stain my silicone molds. At the time, I couldn’t find fresh turmeric so used the powder. Would totally recommend it!! Thank you.

    The skin of lemon has a lot of healing properties. Gonna make these.
    I also made a garlic and honey concoction in a jar. You let it sit for few weeks in a mason jar on the counter. All the garlic infused in honey. Once you open it refridgerate.

      Yessss although not tasty It's there to do a job, to do it's work and you get the most C From the peelings. I'm 60 years old now and I remember watching my mom & dad eat the Rhine Off of lemons and Orange's. This is the face I was making when they did it.😖🤣😅hahaha Somewhere in my 20s I found out they knew what they were talking about with a lot of different things. Thank God my daughter realized it when she was 19 about a few things and then again when she was 25. She came to me when she was 19 sayings mom now I get it! (All excited)now I understand why you stayed on us about this that or the other I get it now! 😁 I was like whew girl! Before then it was like talking to a brick wall on a few things. likeverything I mentioned didn't make any sense to her. The only way my kids would listen to me is if I said your papa and grandma taught me this then they'd say oh because they know that my parents were wise.🤔 the look was but you mom maybe not so much. Lol 🤦🏾‍♀️
      Happy new year!🙋🏾‍♀️

      There's a tea you can make that will 100% help you. I've made it for friends and family. Take 3 Lemons, 3 grapefruit, ginger (the size of your hand) and handful of whole cloves. Cut everything into small chunks (except the whole cloves). Put into a pot, fill with water about 2 inches over everything. Put a lid on, bring to a boil. Then allow to simmer for 2-3 hours. Turn off, let it cool then strain. Drink as much of this as you can. If you can, add some honey. Only add honey to your cup when drinking. Honey shouldn't be boiled. The benefits are lost

      They usually have it in most grocery stores. It’s just easy to miss in the produce section. You usually find it where the chili peppers and other specialty things are.
