Thank you so much for this review! I found this video shortly after ordering this unit blindly for live streaming not knowing that I would replace my whole chain. This unit is all metal and built like a tank! I replaced the following...Focusrite Clarett+ 4pre, Boss VE-20 vocal effect pedal, and a Cloud Lifter. I HATED the gain levels of the Clarrett. I hated having a Cloudlifter in my chain for my SM7B. I ended up having a 330 dollar Boss Pedal just for the Reverb. The Yamaha has GAIN for days. The Yamaha works awesome with the SM7B (no cloudlifter) It has awesome Reverb and Delay. People online are telling me my sound is amazing to them on the other end. They tell me my Karaoke sounds extremely good. 7/8 works flawlessly with a TRRS 3.5 to my Ipad / Iphone to stream to TikTok. The only thing you will need is a "Belkin RockStar Lightning Audio Cable and Charger" so you can charge and run audio in and out of the Ipad / Iphone. The only slight con is that this unit is only 24bit /48khz and not 192 khz. I honestly can only tell the difference 10% of the time when I am listening to Hi Def music because most of my music was ripped flac from a CD. Do not hesitate if you are on the fence! Buy this unit!
I am considering using this in a "live" small band setting, coffee houses, small pubs and bars, where there will be two vocalists (1/2) and backing tracks playing on 7/8. I will be playing guitar as the third person (outside of the mixer) and will use the second vocalists mic if I need to sing backup. The mixer would drive 2 or 3 sets of HS 8 speakers with two HS sub woofers. My questions: 1. How much hiss do you think the mixer will create into the speakers? 2. Will the mic-preamps sound good in a live setting? 3. Is there a better solution than this? I like my gear to be K.I.S.S... One man bands need to K.I.S.S. Thanks for your reply!
hi, nice video! I wanted to ask you if the headphone output was noisy, and above all I was wondering why famous streamers never talk about this product which in my opinion is an excellent alternative to everything that is advertised.
Please ,how do i record tracks on cubase with the ag controller effect setups inserted? i hear the effects in the headphones but the recordingis dry. I dont understand how i should set it.thanks a lot

Seriously you can tell it's not 192 khz? You do realise the human ear cannot even hear at this range?

Thanks for the comment! I think the rodecaster pro 2 both have great effects and as far as latency goes they are both have extremely low latency.

Hello, will this work for a daul pc streaming setup? I would like to run my games on my main pc while streaming off of my secondary pc.

Is there any way to do EQ for channels 3/4 or 5/6? I have a remote co-host with a mic that needs EQ.
