- Restoration of a Matchbox King Size Foden Hoveringham Tipper, showing strip down, paint and re-assembly.
Gravel extraction was started around the area of Hoveringham in 1939 by the Hoveringham Gravel Company, which was taken over in 1982 by Tarmac. The Company used to have a mammoth as their logo on their lorries as a celebration of the finding of mammoth remains in their workings.

Nice Job Kev. where do you keep all your restorations.
They get thrown into a shoe box, once restored they have served their purpose, I like the restoring process rather than the showing.
