      Defo 👍Riders have already built CRF500L + CRF500 Rally based on CRF250L chassis with Cbr500r Cb500/X engines. No one is built with a Honda thumper with long intervals though. Honda or Honda Red Moto should launch all their models of CRF300L/Rally CB500X Transalp 750 ´n´ upcoming NX500/750 Dominator in Enduro Sports models/versions (parts from CRF450) with substantial weight loss. Check out SR75 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Factory Edition + Trail Découverte Concept V-strom 650 Dark Evo 2. Nevertheless they're still too heavy

      @@lukestringer2177Ace ㋛ Should a 500cc be based on the existing or previous Honda engine or do you mean a new single with long service intervals? Most important are long intervals, reasonably low weight, Honda reliability and low end grunt!

    I have had a 23 model for 4 months there is nothing revolutionary about this bike 20 year old suspension components, garbage tires, overweight and under powered. It is for sale with only 3000 kms on it.

    • @Flybytweek
      @Flybytweek 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +15

      lol. I have a 22 model and wouldn’t sell it. While the suspension in stock form is soft, I took the liberty to upgrade it with stage 2 rally raid. Don’t complain about tires. Those are easy consumables to change. The motor is powered as such to keep riding smooth. I also ride a KTM250xc. I have been riding for about 25 years now and I have no complaints on the crf300l. Oh not to mention, I literally man handle that bike in some hard enduro stuff. I’m 5’9 and about 140lbs. Learn to ride….

    I’ve had my 2023 model for several months. I enjoy it for commuting in the city. I now have about 800 miles on it. I find first gear is jerky, off throttle deceleration is too rapid unless clutch is applied, and riding more than an hour becomes very fatiguing. Still I intend to load a 24 liter backpack for a 200 mile ride from Louisville to Lynch Kentucky off the Interstate and mostly on highways 150, 25, and 119, which are quite scenic, perhaps more engaging from motorcycle perspective than from car.

      550 Performance has an ecu that apparently alleviates the snatchy throttle issue. Might be worth a look.
