Thanks for this video. I think one of the biggest mysteries to new riders is how to down shift properly. I’ve watched a lot of videos but I always wondered, if I had to stop suddenly and I was in a higher gear could I come to a complete stop and then just shift all the way down through the gears. I have my answer! Thanks Brotha👊👊
Man I wish I saw this when I rode my first bike. I was all kinds of nervous about shifting and breaking and so many people filled my head with different things not to do that will break the bike etc. In the end I just stopped worrying and it all fell into place. Probably could have done things better but man learning by doing is so much fun on a bike. Ride safe freinds
You said your visor is fogging up around 10 minutes in. If you haven't already, look up pin lock, silicone antifog visor inlays. I got one and it's day and night. You can breathe against the visor like an asthmatic in minus degrees during a snow storm, and it won't fog up at all. Also makes it unnecessary to keep a slit open during rainy days to prevent fogging.
@@IbbySS. cool bike, by the way. I used to exclusively dream of sports bikes, thought I myself would look dumb on a cruiser and couldn't see the point in naked bikes. But while I still want to ride a Ninja or the like, I came to see the coolness factor in naked bikes and cruisers as well. Especially with that deep thud of your bike's engine. It just feels right.
Hey the bike is def not my first one. I started on a Ninja 300 and I learned everything I know on it. Def don’t regret starting on a 300. The scout bobber may not be the fastest or too powerful, I def don’t want to mess up on a such a nice looking and expensive bike if I were new. So for that reasoning, I wouldn’t recommend it for a beginner who’s learning.

Yep, they’re God send, just didn’t realize the temps were going to drop that quick.
Like they say, gotta plan your ride.

Was this your first bike? Some say the Scout Bobber has too much power for a beginner. Thoughts?

yo do you have any stands you use for the bobber been trying to find a good pair
I'm afraid not, I've been looking for a pair to winterize.
When I do find one I'll make video
@ bet man thx
Do you think Indian Scout bobber is a good first bike for a 5 feet 7 inches male?
I believe it's a good size for that height. Just know that there are different handle bar setups that can be added to suit your preference
@@IbbySS. Thank you.
