Morocco has a big French influence, so it makes sense that they would have French style mustard there!

I am not fully sure but I think that "wasabi sauce" is Algerian sauce. It is a famous fast food sauce in Morocco which was invented by a Moroccan in Belgium and is a bit spicy like wasabi.
