    I love how George cannot hide if he doesn't like somethings, he's so sincere and polite. Very cute! By the way, morrocan people seems very friendly! Have a nice trip, salut from Brasil!

      Not really ahahah he ate the fish bones and was like "yeah this is fine", the cow foot must have been horrible for him to be that direct

    • @gusmao_leticia
      @gusmao_leticia 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Wird97 I don't know, maybe he was more focused on the taste than the texture. I got a little bit surprised when he ate the fishbone, but since he didn't choke, I thought everything was alright 😂 (maybe it was a soft fishbone? Idk) Cheers mate!

    Hey guys, did I miss out on many videos? I was at the beach these few days to relax my brain. :) I had no internet connection while I was there. I've just come back. Seeing you eat camel meat from the other video was not for me, but people there enjoy it and it's part of their culture. Not to mention snails. In Portugal, they serve this dish too, from what I've heard. I mean, snails. Interesting videos, George. I've learned a lot just by watching. I want to point t out that cow's feet are also sold here in Brazil, and also in many parts of the world, where they eat calf's-foot jelly and bone marrow. Studies have shown that consuming bone broth has many health benefits. These were fuel for our early ancestors, and pretty exotic to us too. You're boosting your immune system with these dishes, George. :) Até mais!

    there’s a lot of market streets with sort of a lattice ceiling along them, it’s so interesting! and that cow feet stew actually looked good, but I can imagine that it was probably funky 😂 thanks again for your hard work, I’m really enjoying seeing Morocco through your videos!

    I have to admit, when you were with Abdul (?) in those empty narrow streets, followed by empty narrow stairs, I was getting stressed worried about your personal safety. I think I can safely say that you were perfectly safe in the Markets of Morocco!

    • @GeorgeJapan
      @GeorgeJapan  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @moondvst4131
      @moondvst4131 ปีที่แล้ว

      The narrow streets look a bit empty like that because that's the residential area of the medina, not part of the market lol and it's not secluded or anything so don't worry, nothing to fear during the day when the sun's out. Also, most houses in the old medinas have very narrow staircases, most likely to maximize the use of space.

      actually an average moroccan guy has at least 2 languages by default which are french and arabic
      and the rest know more than 2
      either its english or spanish
      and there is also that kind of guides they never learn languages in a dedicated center or in the school
      they just speaking to foreigners and they learn from them
      they start by mixing languages such as english with some basic words from the language they want to learn
      following this way they could learn more than one language

  • @md_coelho1499

    I simply love this series. I’m always amazed how they can pick up languages. I dont know if it’s a stereotype. I’ve learned English, German and trying to learn Spanish and it’s rough… not smooth at all. I’m reaching my limit in terms of language learning

    I think that there is a big difference in food between Morocco and Japan, because there is a big cultural differences, and I do not think that Moroccan food will suit the taste of the Japanese people because Japanese food often depends on rice and fish, while Moroccan food contains various vegetables, meat, fish and strong spices It is often eaten with bread instead of rice, and in order to have a good experience in Morocco, I advise you to go to famous restaurants where you can eat famous dishes such as couscous, sweet tagine with plums, fish pastilla, chicken pastilla, seffa, harira soup , bisara soup and many other dishes

    So I’m wondering if the cow feet stew is supposed to taste like cow or if that particular one is just, well, not very good. And, while I appreciate Brazilian and Moroccan food, with their stews and concoctions of layered flavors, they make me appreciate Japanese food, with its emphasis on the pure flavor of an item-salmon sashimi, grilled mackerel, kushiyaki-even more. (It’s just a matter of taste, I guess.)

    Actually as a morrocan i got pretty angry at first because of the price like they charged him 80 dh for that dish and they didint even serve it how its supposed to be served when normally I would pay 20 dh max for a dish like that and what upset me most is the guide was there to prevent these scams while he just went on with it
