You did not install the relay. Going from one horn to 2 requires more power. Your wire is probably heating up every time you use the horn and could short out eventually. Splicing the harness may not be enough. You have not had a fuse blow out yet?
Nah it’s been working good ever since. They didn’t include a schematic for the relay so I decided against it although I could’ve figured it out I didn’t care much it’s non critical low voltage stuff
@@thesuburbanGenny You are correct because no one holds the horn down long enough for the wire to heat up or cause a short. They usually include a schematic on the box but since all 4/5 pin relays are standard you don't really need the schematic. A 4-pin (type B common) will have pins #30, #86, #85, and #87. You draw a cable from the battery, with an in-line 15A fuse, and connect that with a female spade to pin #30, then draw a cable with a spade connector from pin #87 and split it, #87 is the new horn + wires (neg ground). Draw a cable from pin #86 and connect it to the OLD OEM (+) horn cable already existing in the car, that will be your control/switch pin. Finally, draw a cable from pin #85 to the car's ground. Use rubber heat sleeves or electrical tape to weatherproof the spade connectors and don't forget the pins are numbered, look closely next to the pins on the relay itself as there are two types of relays and pin #30 may be at the bottom or left depending on type. The battery cable is always pin #30. Hope that helps in case you did not know, please forge the assumption just trying to help.
Remove clips in fender liner, pop off the over fenders they are just plastic clips you pull on there will be a few screws holding the bumper to the fenders on either side and then remove the plastic clips in the top of the engine bay and it should come off

1:10 Mate, the unhooked harness just up the horn, where is connected? Is that sit just there?
I spliced into that horn harness to provide the power for the new horns
