I noticed the other day when it was cold outside, i got my mascara out of the mailbox. My mascara was very cold from the weather.I tried it cold and it worked better cold. This mascara works better when you refrigerate it!

To me that sounds like maybe it’s a better “old mascara” meaning one that gets better as it’s older? Like dryer?

I bought this a year or two ago and wore it once and it's absolutely amazing but it dried out within 30 days that I bought it . So I wrote customer service and they said it's only good for 30 days . Now my daughter might have used it and left it out not totally sealed idk but I am definitely going to try it again because it is the best I've ever used for sure but 1 time

Only if I sleep with mascara on. Try a lash growth serum or maybe a little diluted castor oil to strengthen your lashes :)

Yes, I always use Neutrogena's eye makeup remover and it's super easy to wipe off :)

Does it smear? I usually use waterproof. I don't like by the end of the day I have raccoon eyes...

I just got my order in this week and I have used it two times and it flakes so bad. Has anyone experienced that? Maybe I got a bad batch?? Im not sure why this post is coming up as David....thats my husband. Im signed into my account......WEIRD.

sorry I responded to your comment thinking it was on another video. I have heard that this formula expires fast or is sensitive to the temperature. Hope you got a better batch the next time you ordered!

Agreed! But totally worth it! Less expensive than getting lash extensions.
