Off all the topology videos i've seen, this has to be the most helpful out there. So simple yet very hard technique to grasp by one self, especially for begineers like me. Nicely done!
really informative video brother thank you so much ive been scouring youtube for something exacly like this i cant express how happy i am that a came across you video. i happily subcribed too 😁😉
Great video, thanks! Another great tool I found is K+hold C. It will cut edges completely thru the model when you’re localizing. Saved me tonnes of time!
This might be a very late reply, but I’m pretty sure he means that you need to duplicate the mesh that doesn’t have the local topology techniques on it which shouldn’t have any n-poles, then shrink-wrap the mesh that does have the local topology and n-poles onto the one that doesn’t to get rid of the tiny bumps that a n-pole causes
@@joesmalley7305 Thank you mate....I ve seen them but I don't know how to access such menu....I ll dive deeper, now I know where to look.....Cheers bro ;)
I'd love an updated video on this. I'm sure you've improved heaps and can be more intentional/clear with explanations.

Thanks for this video, I would like to see more like this video about topology problems, especially on curve surfaces if possible
Many thanks for such a great tut
Thank you, informative video
Thx very useful !
Very good man
9:53 - can you just explain this part? What do you mean shrinkwrap topology? (went over it too quickly)

can u make more buddy is really helpful do you make it
can you give the link to the addon you're using?
Oh I guess its one of the MACHINE3tools features, nvm.
please remake this video, I watched it 3 times and couldn't understand the local topology part
Yeah, it was supposed to be circle but became a rectangular hole. Lol
What s that pie menu you use to align the vertices? Where can I find that? Thank you
I think its called meshtools I think. I'm pretty sure it's by meshmachine
