    New here. I love your approach. We're not all trying to be gym rats, and it's so discouraging to watch those who focus on getting a particular "ideal" shape, etc. I just want to be able to move well as I get older, and that's exactly what I'm seeing here. :) This is do-able! Thank you!

    This information is particularly relevant as we age. I’m especially intrigued with the exercise where we sit down on the floor and then have to get up without putting hands on the floor. I try to work out regularly, but I have trouble with balance and I have noticed it since I turned 50 and I’m now 60. I plan to try that balance work out that you spoke of with weights. Thanks so much for your channel, Amy.
