@@Megalodon1you don't take the plate off, you pull the lil rubber cap off of the throttle cable and pull it thru the plate (after disconnecting the actual cable)
My son's brand new klx110l never liked to idle from new and progressively got worse along with cold starts. I had put a splash of Stabil fuel stabilizer for the winter in a full tank It left a yellow oily residue all over the inside of the carb body, jets and float. The fuel looked like dark urine. The slow idle jet was completely blocked and I tried every chemical and wire to clear it and . So I replaced the OEM 40 pilot jet with a 42 and the main 78 with an 80. Cold starting and idling issues are a gone and I sure as he'll won't use that fuel stabilizer anymore.
I think you mixed up the pilot jet and the main jet. You don't get a good enough picture of either one to determine which is switch. I have an older one 10 and for the life of me I cannot get a copper wire through that smaller jet to save my life! Surely it can't be that hardened and clogged!
Not that helpful blanking out the pilot jet when holding it up
yea what was that about??
You skipped how you took the metal plate for the throttles cable off 😐
That's exactly n why I came here and he skipped that part...😢

I came to the video to see the choke assembly put back together. It’d be nice to have you give more detail there.
