Most fav sweet of our family! I made a month before. Luckily came out well... but not softer like this as i used only 1cup ghee for 1cup basen powder. First i checked in your blog for the recipe. But it wasnt there! So tried from other two recipes!! This i will try again. !

ഒന്നര കപ്പ്‌ നെയ് മതിയാകും. കടലമാവ് പച്ചമണം മാറുന്നത് വരെ ഒന്ന് വറക്കണം. Final stage അല്പം കൂടി dry ആക്കി പാനിൽ നിന്ന് വിട്ടുവരുന്ന പരുവം ആക്കണം. ഈ രീതിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കു. കുറേക്കൂടി crispy ഉം tasty ഉം ആയിരിക്കും. ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിനോക്കിയിട്ടാണ് പറയുന്നത്.
