How to make Badusha Sweet
Sugar- 1/2 Kg + 1 Cup Water
Maida ( All Purpose Flour )- 2 Cups
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt - 1 Pinch
GHEE- 1/2 Cup
CURD- 1 tbs
Water- 1/2 Cup
Powdered Sugar- 1 - 2 tbs
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Cardamon powder- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Refined oil- For Frying

I made it and loved it...Its my first time having it...never heard about this sweet before...My siblings and I enjoyed it, however I didnot give any to my parents as its too buttery....I used softened butter (wouldnot recommend using melted butter. if using butter, leave it outside and let it soften) and I had no baking powder so used baking soda...It was flaky....the first batch didnot came out well because I hurried a little....(for anyone reading this- make sure your flame is super low and its gonna take about 5 to 10 minutes to cook properly)... Definitely a easy replacement for Gulab Jamun :)
