Eating a carnivore diet can be very simple and affordable. You dont have to have fancy grills or equipment to eat a meat based diet, it can be done with a lot of variety even in your own kitchen. In this video I made 5 (technically 6) of my favorite air fryer meals. What is your go-to to make in the air fryer?

I have questions about your freezer. The organization drawers are awesome and I'm jealous and we wants them, Precious, yes we wants them. Did you add those drawers to customize it or is that how you bought it?
First, have you made videos about your freezer and its organization?
If so, I'll go watch those first and if I have any more questions, I'll comment on those videos.
If not, would you, *pretty please*, make at least one video about it. The drawers assembly within it.... are awesome. Expecially since the way it's done would keep the cold in it (keep warm air from getting out) and then the drawers would make organization much easier. And then, of course, since I'm on a pantry kick, lately, I'm also interested in how you Organize your freezer.
(Oh, MAN! Your pantry must be damn-near empty now that you're on carnivore. Except for beef jerky, pork rinds and canned meats. Now I'm wondering what a carnivore pantry organization looks like, too. LOL)
I'm now obsessed with your freezer, so if you don't want to make video(s), would you please at least share the make and model and talk about the shelves in there?
Please, please, please, and Thank You kindly.

Looking for a new anything kitchen/appliance related I find that looking up (air fryer, standing mixer, etc) on the "America's test kitchen" TH-cam channel invaluable. They'll take a wide sample of what's available & they put each individual item through a bunch of experiments to compare results (time? easy to use? space in & out, clean up...) give recommendations for best (the Cadillac), worst, most importantly for me is their best on a budget category 😊, etc

Steam your chicken for 10 min, pat dry and put on rack in the refrigerator for about an hour then bake in oven. I usually do 425° turn at 20 min then another 20min. Super crispy and juicy

I got sick of it! And then they try to tell you, if you do the math, blah blah, you can afford grass fed.. I did the math, and no, I couldn’t! Not with the amount of protein I needed to eat! I just went from a Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven I have had for two years. I changed to the Instant vortex Pro and I am in Love! It is so much easier to clean for one thing. I needed a smaller footprint for my kitchen so that has been another plus for me.
If you were to consider the Cuisinart, mine was digital with a selector knob. After two years the knob went completely crazy and you could’t make selections as desired. Fortunately, there is a three year warranty, so they replaced the unit. It will be in storage for now because I am loving the Instant Vortex.

I was so excited about the chile lime seasoning, but I read the ingredients, and it contains brown sugar and maltodextrin. Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar. This means that maltodextrin can cause a sharp increase, or spike, in people’s blood sugar shortly after they eat foods that contain it.This is a sneaky ingredient that is placed in so many foods. I ate some pork rinds that had maltodextrin in it, and it threw me out of ketosis. So happy for you guys, and just wanted to share this info.

I’m trying to reconcile the fact that in a video I just watched she said her kids haven’t had milk since they stopped breast feeding and in this video she says in her ad for LMNT that she gives her kids the chocolate flavor in a glass of milk in the evening. I was really liking her advice up until this. Now I’m not sure what to believe. 🤔 I’m actually assuming she doesn’t really give her kids milk and is just saying it for the ad.

You have to be very careful when it comes to air fryers. Most air fryers on the market have toxic chemicals inside of them and on the accessories that come with the air fryer that will leach into your food during the cooking process. But there are a few on the market that are non toxic. One of them is the Power XL Turbo Air Fryer and the Yedi Air Fryer. There are a few others but that's a good start to look into.

Not sure if you have tried the 0-400 method on your pellet smoker for the chicken thighs and wings, but if you haven't, I highly recommend. I use my smoker as an oven all summer long here in Mesa, AZ. Your instructions for dry chicken is spot on for getting crispy, delicious skin. I season them and put them in a cold smoker. Turn the smoker to 400 and leave the wings on for about 45-50 minutes. The thighs should cook for approximately 55-60 minutes. I have gone over the time on the thighs, but they are so fatty and forgiving. I actually like the taste and texture better when I let the thighs go a little longer. Thanks for all of your videos! I enjoy this way of eating and it's benefits.

Great sear and come out really juicy. I have the same air fryer as well - 1 inch steak 8 1/2 - 9 minutes total flip once during the good and pretty much money every time!

I absolutely love my Ninja air fryer oven 13-in-1 dual. It cooks so well and fits small Green Pan brand pans. It’s stainless steel so it doesn't have the black plastic leeching surface. However, my Phillip XXL size air fryer is hands down the best at crispness for wings and it does a whole small chicken.

It gets the job done but it is such small batches. I'm going to try the Parmesan pork chops tomorrow night. Hi Laura, I love your channel and the common sense approach that you offer here. I enjoy getting meal ideas, tips on different salts & spices, and ideas for taking lunches to work etc. ✅ I have been following you for a few years (I discovered you on TH-cam right around the time Dr. Berry was starting carnivore) and I’ve only recently decided to give carnivore a try because of the arthritis pain in my knee. While I had done Keto in the past and it worked for me, I was really struggling to stick to it due to harsh cravings. Within 3 weeks of trying carnivore, I noticed a massive difference in my knee pain, the food cravings completely disappeared, and my weight is finally starting to go down again - something I struggled with since being in peri menopause. Consider the Ninja Woodfire Grill. Outdoor cooking only, but I keep it in the shade with a fan nearby (plus, the fan helps blow the smoke away). Gets hot here in West Texas (108° today, we’ve hit 114°), but as you know, you don’t have to stand around these grills the whole time the meat is cooking. Also, the cooking surface is 10“ x 14“.

    • @2old4allthis

@@pilgrimlady8196 I have mine sitting on 3/4” plywood with no issues. I cut brisket to fit the grill and collect the juices from the pan (protected from bugs by foil) to pour back over the meat when wrapping with foil. The brisket ends up as good as anything I’ve ever done. BTW, after several briskets, I’ve found that pecan pellets, as opposed to mesquite or the blended ones that came with it, make the perfect flavor of smoke. I like mesquite for burgers and steaks, however. Have fun with yours!

I have an air fryer just like that but made by insky. I think Emeril Lagasse has a bigger air fryer. I cook my steaks on foil in middle rack at 400 for 4-5 min each side and the sear is perfect for me. I cook shrimp, scallops, pork and basically everything because all the grease film stays off my cabinets. I use Redmond's smoked salts on my pork cutlets. I'll try the other meats and ideas you have, maybe it'll result in less smoke. =)
