Try this one. I eat this almost every day and I either use ground beef or carne picada beef: 1/3 stick of irish butter, about 15 shakes of franks red hot sauce (or a classic red hot sauce), then add a fair amount of onion powder, paprika, and a small amount of cumin, and if you tolerate salt well, add a small amount of sea salt. Cook in a pan on medium low heat and cook it low and slow for best taste. For whatever reason, these ingredients combined create a flavor that you would never guess came from these ingredients. I've eaten this recipe about 6 times a week for the past 4 months and I still want to eat it every day.

A tip for those who can't handle a lot of beef fat or even fat in general, emulsify your fat with egg yolks. I make butter bites that have one egg yolk per stick of butter, sometimes using chocolate, but you could just use vanilla or nothing but meat to flavor your butter bites, and I emulsify melted butter with the egg yolks using an immersion blender. Very similar to how one might make carnivore mayo. In any case, it tastes like fudge coming out of the fridge. Easy for me to digest and quite delicious.
@@GrammaPatriot , one stick of butter to one egg yolk. Again, you can add the flavors and sweetness that you prefer or not. When I made them, I used a one to one to one to one ratio of stick of butter, egg yolk, square of baking chocolate, and teaspoon of allulose. If you wanted to go super carnivore, you could just do the egg yolk and butter. Glycine, which is an amino acid, could work for your sweetener, but I haven't tried it with this recipe. You could also skip the sweet altogether and make savory butter bites with bacon or beef. But the base recipe is one stick of butter to one egg yolk.

Jenny for your butter bites, have you ever tried the browned butter version? I made browned butter ones, without any other ingredients and the flavor was like caramel and unbelievable. Curious if you recommending browning it to combine with crispy ground beef, or is melting better as your video shows?
I just stumbled upon this channel, and I’m instantly hooked on that ground beef and 🥚 egg recipe!😅I’ll tell you a little secret 🤫…I CAN NOT eat scrambled eggs or even boiled eggs by itself…I’ll get 🤢 sick…even to the point of 🤮…even the smell of the eggs will make me feel sick 🤢…but the crazy thing is…if I mix the eggs along with the ground beef…along with onions and peppers..seasoned with salt and pepper…I’m just fine…no sick 🤢 feeling…and it digests well for me. I don’t know if it’s a psychological thing in my mind…but it was real to me. My mother made ground beef and eggs when I was a kid…and I instantly loved it 😊 I’m 44 now and seeing that first meal you made with the ground beef and eggs…brought me back to my childhood memories 👍🏿I’m subscribing.

@@ElleC-nb9em This came from my mom, she used to make it when I was growing up. She said it was the poor man's soup and it's pretty basic but very tasty. 1-2 lb. hamburger. 1 head of cabbage. 1 carton chicken broth 1 can corn 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cans diced New Potatoes 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbs chopped onion. Salt and pepper to taste Brown the hamburger in a large pot and drain most of the grease. Leave at least a tbs. of it for flavor. Chop the cabbage to large pieces. It will shrink as it cooks. Add all the ingredients together, stir well and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat back to low and let simmer with lid on for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off heat and let it cool down and allow the juices to mix for about a half hour with the lid off, then stir one last time. Then dig in! I hope you like it. I love the stuff!😋
@@ElleC-nb9em Roger that, I misunderstood you. One could always simply not add the potatoes and corn and even the tomatoes to lower the carbs and still have a tasty soup. The cabbage is super low in carbs, it's Keto friendly (not carnivore friendly) and it's a key ingredient for flavor, so you have to have that. The tomatoes are low in carbs as well, with a glucose index of 15 and there's so very little of it in the soup. Also, I've made that soup using smoked beef sausage instead of hamburger and even a combination of both and it was good. I love soups with meat combos. Sausage and shrimp go well together in that recipe with some added Cajun spices. I like Zatarain's Creole seasoning. It's on the salty side so you should cut back on the salt you add separately.

Great video, Going to try these recipes Thank you , from the UK
Thank you for sharing. It is much appreciated ❤
You are so welcome!
Jenny for your butter bites, have you ever tried the browned butter version? I made browned butter ones, without any other ingredients and the flavor was like caramel and unbelievable.
Curious if you recommending browning it to combine with crispy ground beef, or is melting better as your video shows?
Hello! I have, I dont like the taste of browned butter. But you could totally do this recipe with browned butter if you like it :)
Just fry mince with onion in wide pan no oil required.. add salt cooked beans tomato and peppers and cover for ten minutes .. best chilli is ready
Delicious, indeed, but not carnivore. Chris Cooking Nashville has a carnivore chili recipe I’m looking forward to trying, though.
I got tired of making steak every day and the price - now doing 4:06 this 3-4 times a week and I don’t drain any of the valuable saturated fat.
Pork rinds are usually fried in oil
True
Oh wow! I’ve just started carnivore style of eating and I thought I was going to be gnawing on a steak three times a day 🤣🥩😍😍😍 .
Hello! You totally can, but having some ground beef mixes it up a bit and makes it a bit cheaper :)
I would gnaw happily 2x a day
Ribeye or strip 1-2x a day is my ideal
I have left hamburger alone for now. I am digging on "choice" beef for stew and stir fry.
Hello and welcome!
My mom had a baked recipe and it had tons of cheddar in it
One of my favorite childhood meals
Thanks Jenny 15%
Youre very welcome!
Thank you! Can’t wait to try these recipes! Checking out Ozark Ground Beef too❤️
Its so good! I think you will enjoy it :)
Thanks, I will definitely try
Most welcome 😊

Good choice! I'm loving that one too :)
i'd use the meatball recipe for the burgers...
Yummm!
Lamb is also great
And venison
I like a mix of ground lamb and hamb
I wish mutton was sold. I would love to try it! Then there’s goat…prob delish!
Sounds great!
Do you by chance have a printable option of these recipes? excited to try them :)
Hello! I do not currently, but maybe soon!
Perfect meal…love ground beef and love eggs
Same!
Jenny can you make a video in details on how your to kids handled the carnivore journey with you , how do you feedd them , i have a kid and in and off carnivore , i m scared that i might be underfeeding her .
Hello! I am putting together a video on what we feed the kids, but its just a meat based whole food diet. How old is your child?
@@JennyMitichI'm interested in this too, have 7 yo and 17 yo and I can't afford separate meals. We are going on three weeks and neither of them are digging it. Youngest is having meat aversion. Please do a video on kids.
Quite intrigued by the dessert!
Its so good!
I’ve made brown butter bites but never thought to use ground beef!!
It adds a crunchiness that I love :)
At $9.95/# for the wagyu, I think I'll continue to buy my grassfed/grass finished 80/20 at Aldi for $5.49/#.
The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!! $65 for one ribeye steak is INSANE!!!!!!!!!!
Hello! Yes, wagyu beef is not cheap.
Yeah, only a very small percentage of carnivores can afford to eat that, that would be somthing you have when you want to treat yourself. No one said steaks are cheap, especially wavgyu, buts it’s defidantly worth it
How much is the hamb then???
👍🏿✊🏿 wife makes meatloaf only.. because i cannot always eat it hot and it’s easy to eat by hand
I make Neisha Berry’s meatloaf and cut up a lot of what is left and dehydrate it for some protein on the go.
@@catieevelen2563 👍🏿
Do you need to add flour to ground beef to make meat loaf? That would break ketosis
@@danpan001some add egg, bread to stretch the portions..keto use pork rinds
@@danpan001 crushed pork rinds….aka pork panko. Do a search for “Neisha Berry’s meat loaf.”
What a great video! Thanks for the recipes. :)
You are so welcome!

Yum!! Sounds delicious :)
Thanks for this! I pretty much eat beef patties every day and need some variety.
You're very welcome :)
MEATBALLS: I presume it is a calorie count of 960/6 meatballs?? Approx 160 per ball?? I LOVE that you provide the information per recipe!! Thank you
Hello! Yep, exactly :)
You don't count calories on a carnivore way of eating!❤
@@juliawigger9796 hello! Some people do😀
@@JennyMitich why? It's not the point/basis of carnivore! It's not a diet but a way of eating.
@@juliawigger9796 I’m just telling you my exp. A lot of people like to track and have the info. Also, some people are over or under eating. Lots of different reasons out there, just do what works best for you 😀
Cool video! I have a good recipe for a very tasty ground beef soup.
Yum!!
Please share the soup recipe - carnivore soup of broth & meat is so boring to me and now that it's fall I'm really missing soup and chili 😟
@@ElleC-nb9em This came from my mom, she used to make it when I was growing up. She said it was the poor man's soup and it's pretty basic but very tasty.
1-2 lb. hamburger.
1 head of cabbage.
1 carton chicken broth
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans diced New Potatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs chopped onion.
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the hamburger in a large pot and drain most of the grease.
@@saxon1177 Thanks so much for your time in sharing the recipe. Although it's not a carnivore recipe, it sounds delicious!
Thank You 🙏
These are great! Thank you ❤
I mix it with beef liver and ground pork as well.
You're welcome :)
Hi there. I really like your videos as they are packed full of information. I eat ketovore to help with epilepsy control however the flashy scratchy /scribble video cuts are triggering for a person who has epilepsy. Just thought I'd let you know. ❤
Hello and thank you so much! Yes, I have changed the transitions in newer videos.
