    Amazing, I have to go to the roadside stands to get tamales. You're a wonderful person to share this recipe with the public and if I were to make a large batch, I'd follow your instructions. A+++

    Your instructions are perfect!! My mom cooks hers at least 2 hours then checks if done. I think it's due to her particular pot and stove. I also do 2 hours. We don't use as much meat also so needs enough time for the masa to firm up. Your tamales look deliciously yummy! Thanks you are an excellent cook!

    Loved the video! 😂. Just the way you speak, like you're teaching a cousin how to make tamales, that chill vibe, if that makes sense 😂😂😂. Anyway, love that you made mention of the corn husks, having two sides 👌🏽. My partner helped me make tamales once and yeah, some were inside out 😂

      Hello
      They where very delicious
      I made 4 dozens it all depends on corn husk size so you can get around 4 dozen or a little more. You can find all the ingredients and measurements in the description box. Happy Holidays 🎄⛄️😊

    You used 16 oz of California and 2 oz guajillo. If I want them spicy how much Chile de Arbol do I use?

    • @letscookthat6537
      @letscookthat6537  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello i use puya chili for spiciness I add about 8 chili’s for mild/medium. if I want very spicy like a handful of chiles de árbol or about 20-30 chili, but that depends how much spiciness you want. I go based if the chili smell spicy or not. Or add little by little. Happy Holidays 🎄🫔

    In your recipe for the chili you forgot the beef broth and amount , looks like you added 2 cups .
