Easily your best video ever 😂 it was a lovely catch up and really enjoyable morning even though the parkrun was cancelled, good luck to you both in the London marathon and see you soon 😁👍

Well, you did steal the limelight there Steve! 😂 Can’t have you pulling so much focus in future 😉 Great to see you both again, we had a lovely morning even if a tree tried to spoil it all 😅

Good to see you still got out for a run with friends Lee. Will bear this one in mind for any trips down to Devon and fingers crossed no tree hazards!

It’s another very scenic course - you’ll be spoilt for choice mate!

This one looks lovely. We recall Totnes as quite an alternative town. A sort of Devoniam Glastonbury.
We've never turned up at a parkrun and not got a parkun. At Hallam's 2nd event there was a tree down but they diverted though a wood. The old days of parkrun with about 40 runners and a make do and mend approach.
We once turned up to Didcot to realise there was no event that day but got to Abingdon in plenty of time because I'm a very early merchant. I like to get anywhere an hour early.
Great drone footage. Much confidence to put it over the River Dart. We got some nice shots of Brownsea Island from Poole parkrun recently.

Thank you for your lovely comment! Totnes is indeed known for its alternative vibe, akin to a Devonian Glastonbury - similar to Chagford if you haven't been there yet. We arrived with a good 40-minutes to spare, and could have got to another parkrun 10 minutes away but didn't fancy all the stress of rushing to get everything sorted.
Drone footage can capture some truly stunning shots, and we're glad you enjoyed the footage of the River Dart - I don't use it that often, so have to hold my breath when it's over water! It's amazing how technology allows us to capture breathtaking views during parkrun adventures. Thank you for your support and happy parkrunning!

@@TheVeganRunner Yes Chagford is charming. We love the church there. We look forward to your next Vlog. London? Good luck both of you.

Real shame they had to cancel, look forward to the full one another time. It's a lovely run, top views, and great vegan food in Totnes, but it's not fast! One guy did fly last week, but those uphills definitely slow most of us down, fast last 1k though. Will look out for you both in London, we're spectating.

Yeah the first hill is pretty decent - definitely warmed up by the time you’ve reached the top of that one! We’ll be back to film the full course proper - hopefully will catch you up in London 💚🖤

I am visiting this Parkrun next weekend from Hampshire. From what I can tell it is mostly tarmac paths, what shoes would you reccomend? Good idea to wear vapourflys? 😁
PS. I visit my family in Devon every few months and always do a different parkrun, every time i look them up I come across your videos! They are very well edited and entertaining, I have just subscribed! 🙂

Thanks Alex - very kind of you to say so and hopefully I’ll see you at a Devon parkrun someday!
I’d happily wear the Vaporfly’s - from what I’ve been told and seen 95% of the course is tarmac, with the rest on a slightly rougher gravel path. Hope you have a good one pal 👍
