      No need to increase the quantity of food during pregnancy... Eat same like before, only 3 meals a day, one meal fruits nearly 1/2kg,one meal raw vegetables or cooked vegetables with less oil 1/2 kg, one meal good carbs such as brown rice, red rice, saamai with protein rich either fish or chicken or dhal 100 g

      Add walking for 1 and half hour a day, 45 mins in morning and 45 mins evening

      This diet will help to increase the growth of child or foetus not urs... So there won't be weight gain during pregnancy happens,so u don't need to lose ur weight after pregnancy.. U will be in the same weight with good healtg

      1. Crunches and planks are the best for this. Do this with core strengthening exercises.
      2. Drink hot or warm water throughout the day (2.5 to 3 litres a day).
      3. Eat a lot of veggies and fruits.
      4. Additional: You may also try firming body lotions to tighten your belly.

      carrot juice beetroot juice tomato juice will actually even ur skin tone & there is no food for whitening sister. Try to keep ur skin healthy by drinking water & taking fruits & veggies. Even black or dusky skin tone is beautiful try to understand it 1st.

    She has no clue what she is talking about. What really matters is the calories you eat and the calories you spent in a day. That’s is what determines if you’ll gain or lose weight. It’s very simple. These people make it sound like rocket science and confuse us.

    On independent day this time our PM has said that we have to go for Vocal for local. Means local seasonal items are good for health. If our old millets like ragi, jower, bajra, makkai, varagu etc are used insted of rice or wheat we willbe able to maintain health. Also the genetically modified gluten rich present day wheat can be exported insted of marketing in our south india among rice eating people to cause disease like diabetes.Padmabhushan Dr. B. M Hegde says gluten affect beta cells and make man permenantly diabetic. Our kissan will get the chance of increasing production of millets to feed us and by exporting excess wheat we will be bringing PM's slogan 'Make for world' into practice. So let malayalees donot consume wheat and wheat products and reduce the consumption. Of rice to accomodate various millets. Suggestion is that dosa, idli, puttu,idiyappam, appam, etc are prepared without rice and chappathi without wheat and let us be healthy.

    I eat only 1 chapatis at night yet I nvr lose 1 kg also. Day time brown rice. N I do light exercise but still no chgs. So I know theres 1 more problem- hormone affect in our body plays an important role...to increase metabolism.
    As I read, at least 4 hrs dont sit straight
    .walk 10k steps.
    First Indians are easily overweight coz we use a lot f oil even butter. Both are saturated fat
    Need to use olive oil but less and more veggies and fruits. Fruits do have fat but not high.
