No you will stop after a point on same pattern… so you will not continue to loose. You need to keep changing diet timings and patterns to loose if not you will stay same once you hit a saturation. Dont worry

Yes milk isnt required for humans. Better to take black coffee or tea. It does cause lactose intolerance and digestive issues but doesnt apply for all. Im not forcing anyone to avoid milk but just emphasizing we dont need milk as part of our nutrition esp adults

Pls drink soup broth, avacado or mct oil during gasting window and see… you get better later. Initially it does cause headaches due to changes
