    3:50 Millet idly (3 cups of 8 hours soaked millet and 2 cups of idly rice, 1 cup urad and 1 tablespoon fenugreek as usual) with black urad dall, Sambar (toor dall, chutney ( coconut and Chana dall) is definitely is protein, fiber packed healthy breakfast.. we never need to sacrifice it to stay healthy 🙂

      Aww thank you. It depends on indivual , metobolism and goals. But min of 1200 for any human is advised. 1800’is reasonable if on active lifestyle. Varies but im saying random big numbers

    Content is good and yes, to be followed for a healthy living and lifestyle but maybe you could correct the language, in the sense that … instead of saying I do this I do that, nobody is eating fruit etc, can say this is what is to be done for these benefits

    One doubt iam doing IF for past 1.5 months amd seeing reduction in weight :) if we follow IF for long years what will happen, do we keep reducing weight after achieving our ideal weight? Plz clear mam.

      No you will stop after a point on same pattern… so you will not continue to loose. You need to keep changing diet timings and patterns to loose if not you will stay same once you hit a saturation. Dont worry

    This question is to Dr Pal if Priya mam know this i will be pleased to get a reply , with interview with venkatesh Bhatt he said " above 30 avoid anything that is white in colour" - does he mean milk and milk products because of lactose intolerance with age or something else

      Yes milk isnt required for humans. Better to take black coffee or tea. It does cause lactose intolerance and digestive issues but doesnt apply for all.
      Im not forcing anyone to avoid milk but just emphasizing we dont need milk as part of our nutrition esp adults

      Pls drink soup broth, avacado or mct oil during gasting window and see… you get better later. Initially it does cause headaches due to changes

    Hi Priya. I’m an ovo lacto vegetarian too.
    You showed the items to eat in this video. Unfortunately, the quantity I eat now is a lot that I’m working on cutting down the portion.
    But can this all be eaten in just one meal in a day? I’m trying to do one heavy meal in a day recently.
