Congratulations!!! fellow Canuck. I remember old posts of yours when you dressed in a flannel shirt, Toronto Maple Leaf sweater and a Blue Jay baseball cap showed that you were well down the road to citizenship. Good job and best wishes. 😊😊
Haha-you have a great memory! Thank you so much, Bob 🥹🇨🇦
Congrats Emme! Just came discovered your channel. Your experience really takes me back when I left the UK with a PR visa for Vancouver back in 95 and got my citizenship 4 years later. Seems like the process takes a little bit longer these days?
Congratulations!

Emme Congrats! On passing on your test
Have been a Canadian for a very long time myself. It's great to have both. It gives you more freedom to move.
Congrats! Again Emme
Thank you so much, Lorraine! It really is a dream come true 🥹
I got a notice for my ceremony a few days ago, I've been waiting for almost 17 years.
Wow!! Congratulations 🎉🇨🇦
Hey!! Sorry this question ain't related to your video but really important, I'll be applying for Royal roads university but recently I came across various reviews like the faculty is not proper and it would be a waste of money applying to RRU. So I was thinking if you could review the university with some of the known students to you. I'm really looking forward for your reply
Hi emme, excited to see this video. i'm currently living in australia. i think you started to move to canada with working holiday visa, is it? how can you get canada permanent resident after you finish whv?
congrats :)
Congratulations Emme 😀
Thanks so much, Jackie!! 🥰
It's been one year and 1 month now since I apply for my citizenship in Canada They email. Me twice That they get the application and then I don't think I have to do the test. Because I think I pass that age and I don't hear anything as yet from them about the ceremony.
Congratulations.
Did you apply online or with a paper application?
Congratulations.🎉🎉🧨🧨🎊🎊🎇🎇🎈🎈c
Thank you, Frank!! ☺️
WELCOME NEW CANADIAN 👍✌🇨🇦
Thanks so much! 🇨🇦
Congratulations on going for this! I moved here from Wales many years ago, and for a long time was happy to be a 'Landed Immigrant' as it was then. Until.......
We were crossing into the US for the weekend, at Blaine. It went something like this. Oh I see you're British! You'll have to go to Secondary Inspection! Why, I thought you liked the British? (We were fighting with them in Afghanistan at the time) Yes we do normally, but Britain is in the Commonwealth!! Yes , it is, what does that have to do with anything? Well, Pakistan is in the Commonwealth too!! Yes, I said as my eyes got wider, sorry I don't see the connection! We are fighting Pakistan !!! No, you are NOT, we are both fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan! Umph he said triumphantly, IT'S THE SAME PLACE!!! I gave up! Never regretted it! Good Luck and welcome to the club. You'll have to practice saying "Eh'! instead of "Ecky thump"!
A piece of paper doesn't mean anything. You aren't Canadian and never will be.
You're wrong. Go back to watching Lauren Southern and Rebel Media.
@@fromrighttoleft8328 If you're not born and raised in Canada, you're not Canadian. It's not up for debate
@@okieoiogh8235 Wrong. If you naturalize, you're as much a citizen as one who was born in Canada. I can say the same thing about my home (US) or about any other country.
@@fromrighttoleft8328 No you aren't. I don't care about the legality. Being born and raised in Canada means that your world was shaped at a developmental level by the Canadian way of life. This isn't a hard concept. It's basic sociology.
