I used to hate international travelling with my African nationality but ever since I got a British passport I feel like a diplomat, no questioning, guys you should know how it feels to be let through with no questioning but a smile, " have a good stay" ☺️
I was denied Canadian visas twice in the past (bad feelings). But I have had the opportunity to visit Canada multiple times since becoming a British citizen. I easily passed thru the E-gate At Pearson Int’ in Toronto without any hassles from immigration officials. That feeling is great, and knowing too well that I can stay in Canada for 6 months without needing a visa in my British passport.

@@iScreeem Of course you can, i went to Romania (which most people find unusual ), Hungary(Budapest), Italy(Florence/Pisa), Spain(Madrid). It's a tough one to pick a favourite, probably Busteni Romania. The mountain side is like a swiss mountain holiday village with lovely homes you can rent for a weekend and walk to the waterfall in the mountains and forests and it's probably 4 times cheaper than going to Switzerland, exchange rate is crazy if you have dollars or pounds. Good food too.

As a Canadian citizen, There has been plenty of times when I've filled out all the paperwork for the customs declaration and such like You're supposed to and then the customs officer straight up tosses it in the bin stamps my passport and waves me through. It's an experience that's for sure.
When I got mine after 2 months I went to Europe and the Caribbean. The way we were ushered into the UK while some where told to stand in lines. It really has benefits.

I feel like I won't know what to do with foreign Immigration Officers when my time comes. Like I'm so used to the abuse the Nigerian passport gets. (I once had to wait an extra hour in drug holding in Sweden just because I presented a green passport, even though I showed all the evidence for the conference I was there to attend). I became Canadian citizen in 2020 and I got my passport in 2020 .I can’t wait to use my Canadian passport to travel to UK 🇬🇧 and Australia 🇦🇺. I got 2years USA 🇺🇸 visa at first on my Nigeria passport as a student and when I became Canadian Permanent residence I got 10 years USA 🇺🇸 visa on my Nigeria 🇳🇬 passport 😀 but now the 10 years USA 🇺🇸 visa is useless because I don’t need it anymore. I don’t need Visa to UK 🇬🇧, USA 🇺🇸 and others.Canadian citizens have visa-free or visa on arrival access to 186 countries and territories, ranking the Canadian passport 8th in the world in terms of freedom of travel (tied with the passports of Australia, Greece, and Malta) according to the Henley & Partners Passport Index.

Hi Chuen, I had to be in Canada for 3 years as a Permanent Resident within a 5 year period to become eligible to apply for citizenship. The passport is indeed powerful.

For example, this terminal shots of airport where I can’t read anything behind you in the shops. Everything is flipped. Your left is right and right is left. Hope you got what I meant. If your phone or camera settings doesn’t have it then you will have to flip the video while editing in the software later.
