    A sudden death is horrific.
I spoke to my husband on the phone one Wed afternoon (he was on a biz trip) & the next morning I got a call at 7 am telling me he was dead from a heart attack! It took ages for myself & children to wrap our heads around it. I was extremely angry at first, suffered with anxiety and severe depression later on and took me over 3 years ti come to terms with it. Its now been 5 and I still find it hard at times to move along. I live day to day hoping that one day I will feel happiness again.

When I was 17, my best friend Michael lost his 15yo brother to a car accident. Obviously devastated the
family but he would never talk about it and I know the same thing was happening to his whole family.
It was about 5 years later he mentioned Luke and I was really surprised so I said so!
It was then he said the family had eventually had counselling (I had moved away 3 years ago). What really
got to me emotionally (cried) during this conversation was that he said once they began talking about Luke
it felt like Luke had come back into their life and they were all super happy it had happened to them and
that the silence had gone and had been re[placed by Luke's presence via their conversations about him!
I thought it was a beautiful thing to say....Luke had come back into their lives (in tears just writing this)!
This was 1967, seatbelts only req for new cars then and no airbags of course!

Delusional many people all over the U.K. did from heart problems . As many people don’t know they have heart problems that’s why they die.
