BMW e39 m5 exhaust muffler delete
Moonlite Motorwerks custom fabricated e39 m5 exhaust. Everything was made out of T304 stainless steel. All of the bends including the x-pipe were cut and welded together. The only things that weren't fabricated were the tips and resonators, which are from Vibrant. We put in the resonators to reduce cabin noise (drone), but still keep the roar of the v8 at full throttle. This is a daily driven m5 and we have no complaints about the drone. Just a simple muffler delete was too quite and an x-pipe into straights would be too loud. This setup is the perfect blend of a loud exhaust note and everyday comfort-ability.

did you find the car smokes a little more with this exhaust? Cos i've de-cated mine and it now smokes a lot. Not all the time but mainly when off the throttle going down hill, then once at the bottom pulling away smokes loads? any ideas anyone?

AL B if you dont remove the cats the light shouldnt go on. cause nothing electronic is hooked to the mufflers, so there is no way the car would trigger a check engine light
