He was there along with Rachel McLish, and they both signed my bodybuilding book and posed for a photo with me. They both looked awesome and motivated me to keep training and living healthy. "Dare to Dream!" That is what he wrote in my book... and I sure did! Thanks Tom! ☺️
There is only one Tom Platz and no one will ever come close to matching his leg development . A true legend that will be remembered forever long after he has passed. We luv you Tom !

This Aura, the best legs of all time and this big, big chest, that spirit, that unbelieveable passion, this smile and his intellect!! Beside Arnold, Lee Priest and Kevin Levrone the Bodybuilder with the best Charisma and Influence to so many People worldwide!!
The Eagle is undoubtedly one of the most legendary and recognizable bodybuilders of our time. Not only did he have a world class physique, but getting there appears to be his simple method, inspiring and achieving by promoting hard work and dedication to being one's best. That's what the Eagle did for me, anyway. His glory days could be summed up in a few words: He's still in them. Thank-you to the Golden Eagle for years of inspiration to all of us!

Around this time I was still in the US Navy,we had the Bulgarian workout book of Toms.insane workout.you can see how he packed the extra muscle on if you checked that book out,i would live another copy
I just saw a video of The Golden Eagle on TH-cam of Tom doing leg extensions at the gym last September and Holyshit Platz at 65 has better legs than half of the pros today! The man's a legend and still has it. Just a different breed of guys back in the Golden era.

The 1981 & 1984 Mr Olympia right there. To this day even at age 65 still got the best developed legs in the business .
