Propagating Monstera deliciosa. Water, or Soil??... Etc...

Apologies out of the way first - Please forgive the frightening nose-shots, and the out-of-focus end section! This was a quick off-the-cuff video due to time pressure, but I wanted to share my knowledge/experiences.

It's concerning propagating Monstera deliciosa. Mainly looking at the differences between water propagation and soil propagation, one of the advantages of which is (in my experience) no issues at all with rot, and all new roots are immediately adapted to soil so don't undergo any kind of trauma in the changeover.
