I really like the riceberry face wash by LittlExtra! It's soft but gets the job done at cleansing dirt and impurities from my skin. Its black rice ingredient cleanses my skin without being too harsh, leaving my skin feeling smooth, glowing, and smooth. No acne, pimples, or extra oil can be found on my face after cleaning with this face wash. I also love the fact that it's made with ingredients from nature and is free from harsh chemicals. It has a mild natural smell and doesn't dry out my skin. I strongly recommend this face wash to those in search of a good and safe face wash.
My skin type is combination type, and this riceberry face wash is doing and cleaning my face very well with out any itching or burning. A perfect 10/10 score from my side.
I loved that it did not remove my skin from its natural oils. My skin was pretty hydrated still after a short wash with rice berry facewash.
Rice berry is great for my sensitive skin perfectly.

Hi doctor. My daughter has a severe acne on her cheeks with whiteheads blackheads and pus pimples. She is treating them with benzoyl peroxide twice a day as well as the cerave sa renewing cream. In Ontario Canada we do not have adapalene or differen over the counter. Can you recommend something else that she can be using if she needs anything else at all? It's been like 4 years since I started my skincare journey but I haven't found anything that suits me best, I've been going from one product to another and I still haven't found the products that are for me, I have a blackheads and whiteheads on my nose, pores near my cheek on the nose part some little bumps on my forehead and my skin is kind of bumpy, I've tried the sa cleanser with the cereve daily moisturizing lotion for 3 months now but I haven't seen any big of a change, I wanted to achieve a glass skin but I really don't know what exact products to use, I also don't have enough to go to a dermatologist T~T
Try the Laroche posay effaclar range. They also have a skin assessor online. It takes pictures of your skin then recommends a rountine in their skin care. That is how my skin cleared up. However, our skin types may be different and what works for me, may not work for you.

Can you use SA Cleaner before applying retinol products or just stick with the lighter Foaming cleanser?
If you don’t deal with any sensitivity you are good to go with either of them. If otherwise then the foaming cleanser

The SA cleanser wasn't good for my skin. I had Large bumps on my face. It got better when I changed to Acne foaming cleanser.
