- I really wanted to shed light on how this procedure could ultimately cause depression and/or confusion... Even mental setbacks as it relates to your post-op healing process. And I found that those impacted by this, is because they weren't aware that it can get worse, it can get harder before it gets better! So I just really wanted to speak on that to you all about it.

Out of all the tummy tuck videos I’ve watched, this video was talking personally to me .. it was so inspirational and encouraging. I’m planning on getting a tummy tuck and lipo of flanks and back in 3 years from now .... I’ve gathered a lot of information and videos as well , but your video really spoke to me . Thank you so much... It really is a process, but I'm totally glad I did it. Trust me when I say you'll want to keep a lookout for my next video... Lets just say the process threw me a curve ball.

Yes ma'am... I have to mentally remind myself of this. Especially when I'm seeing those with great results on other Facebook group pages. Sometimes as humans we're naturally going to see the good on others before seeing it on ourselves. Slower results than others doesn't mean we're not healing well ourselves... Our individual healing processes are just that, individual.

Thank you for this video I will be having surgery March 28th and I'm very excited but I know for sure it wont be easy but knowing there will be days that might get me down but I have to know it will be okay!!
That's exactly right. You have to stay focused on knowing that in the end, you would have been so glad that you did it for yourself.
