    if I don't feel like going, ill tell myself I don't need to do that much. ill just say ok just go and "do it badly" aka do a small workout. and then once I get there I feel ready to do a normal workout. even if I didn't, I still got to the gym and did something!!

    This happened to me this morning. I woke up and didn’t want to work out at all. I ended up working out even though I didn’t want to. I just took it step by step and got it done.

    im 14 years old and your videos are really inspiring, i used to not care about being athletic but now working out is really changing my life! i really think you could blow up in the future

    The funny thing is being present is essentially taking things “step by step” and when you focus on that mental aspect you don’t feel the delusional stress that you expect but it also is mainly discipline. I know that I’m a lot better at lifting than cardio so when I started doing 30 mins at the end of my workout, I felt like shit. Now, just 2 weeks in of doing it 3 times a week, I can do it no problem.

    I will throw an "inspirational (cliché) quote", that no one asked for haha
    For someone who is fresh new into working out: i know, it's especially hard in this stage, because you don't have physical condition and you might be out of shape and it feels difficult because of that, but if you keep being consistent, it will be easier and you will have a lot more willpower to do that :)

    I changed my body since covid and work out everyday. You are so right about looking at other people on TH-cam or Instagram or whatever and comparing yourself. It never works. Somebody always looks better than you. Just focus on you. Keep up the good work

    sorry if this is obvious but for supersets do you do like set 1, then do it twice again and then move on to the next or do set 1, then set 2, ect, and then repeat the whole rotation twice?
