I’m a nurse in my 30s. I want to encourage you to sleep much more!! Your brain is still developing and sleeping is critical to your hormonal regulation and immune system as well. As a teen you should definitely aim for 8-10 hours a day. I’m glad you are napping as well. You are at a life phase where you have a pretty flexible schedule ie not too many classes or work and I definitely think you will recover better from your work outs. Just a tip! that's amazing!! cycle syncing has always interested me and its so cool to understand your body and work with it. that being said ive never put in the effort to learn more about it other than from what ive learned from social media. also my birth control prevents me from getting a period making it hard to track
