I am having a problem, every time I make proxies using the media management tab or generate proxies method. It messes up all of my audio by stretching it out and making it deeper. Do you know a solution for that?
How do you make those blue lines disappear when removing greenscree on the edit tab? I was able to do everything else, but the blue lines didn't go away when I added my new background
I'm new to your channel but need some advice I've been filming music videos for the last 12 years and have always use Pinnacle studios I just started a new project using davinchi resolve for the first time I'm nervous
dude I have watched about 20 different green screen tutorials for davinci resolve and this is the FIRST one that actually works as it should... thank you
TBH, i usually stay away from your tutorials cause you like to showcase Fusion bit too much and as a beginner, I find it very overwhelming and frustrating. But this one really hit the spot..cause you showed one example but that was super solid! Even a Fusion paranoid like me can do it easy! Hopefully, you'll make more videos like this (simple one Fusion trick at a time type) one targeting someone like me. I know there are plenty out there but they wouldn't admit it. A super highest thumbs up! 👍👍😁
I Know this comment is a year ago but I just fumbled into fusion as a beginner and love it. definitely has a learning curve; but is so worth the work flow.
Thanks for your video, really help us. Just a little correction ... 2:18 In the fusion tab we have to hit Shift and space bar (not control and space bar) to open the select tool window !
Thank you so much for giving away exactly what I needed out of the kindness of your heart! I know making videos ain't easy, so I really hope you feel appreciated!
Oh man, this video just saved my life (at least my health and couple !) I spent countless hours fighting with my setup and color tab, spending money buying lights, expensive green screen, even a new lens, without managing to get rid of these crappy green spills ! And it was so easy 😢 thank you so much, Billy ;)
thanks for bringing up the fusion tab method. using the effect in the edit tab was giving me loads of problems, but as soon as i tried it in the fusion tab it instantly worked perfectly!
Wish I found this vid first. the 5 prior ones where all fire ring hoops. The Fusion approach here worked PERFECT!!! Using the 3dKey, even with tweaks, still left a subtle green halo. Fusion approach was flawless!!! THANKS!!!
thanks for helping out with the green screen methods ! it helped a lot ! actually alot of my knowledge of editing ( whifh im preety proud of ! ) is from your videos so thanks a lot !
Wow. This is one helped and that Fusion tip was perfect. Now I have three ways to mess with green screen if need be, and I’m just shooting for me and my own videos. Thanks for this tip. Helped tremendously. 👍🏿
Thanks a bunch , man ) Had been using the color section for months and the process was indeed a pain in the ass. The fusion option is quick and gave a much cleaner keying result. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Billy and greetings from Finland! I have followed you since you started and now I just had to comment. This worked me a lot, because it also can be used to remove greenscreen from the pictures also. This way I have spared a lot of my time when the picture software is no longer needed. Thanks again and keep the great content coming!
I really appreciate that this young man's presentation is well thought, well scripted and well rehearsed. His presentation is smooth, clear, concise and easy to follow along. But what I really appreciated is how he did NOT jump in and start yammering with those cheap, easy and sleezy intros that everybody & his sister loves using. You know the ones I mean... "Hey Everybody, or Hi Guys, Wutz-up everybody... and every connotation and variation on those cheap lazy-ass intros that everyone seems to think is cool. I'm here to tell you, they're NOT COOL... they're just laziness and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! This particular video is very professional and well thought. Thank you!!!
THANK YOU!!! This was PERFECT!!! i have wanted to do green screen work forever but i was somewhat apprehensive. I kept my subject 10 feet away from the green screen (in my living / dining room), I lit him and the green screen separately. I used the false color in my BMPCC 6k's to see if the green screen was evenly lit ( the same color on both camera's false color/ it wasn't perfect but very close). I color graded both camera's footage on the timeline first ( so the footage would have some color separation and contrast ( as opposed to the flat B-RAW file out of camera) and i used the first technique that you demonstrated in the edit page. After using the "Despoil" slider it was PERFECTION!! Thank you again! i am subscribed!!!
Very good tutorial. Now, if I remove the green screen on the first segment of the video, do I have to follow the same process on the following segments? They have different objects on them.
Thanks for this :) Why I make Video´s... because its the only thing I can do non stop for days, and not being bored. Its so fascinating that the smallest adjustments in the edit, can make a huge difference.
For those who can't find the FX Button and the drop down arrow. Click the edit tab at the very bottom. Which is the 3rd little tab on the very bottom of the page. You'll see it then.
Thank you for your quick and easy tips. I always learn something new when I watch your videos. Now I know why Davinci resolve is better than the other, beside amazing creator like you the free version, Resolve is using a Turkey Baster instead on an eyedropper. 😁🥰🥰
Just starting to learn DaVinci Resolve and all those tools it has built in. It's only for personal use but it is so fulfilling to make videos with some effects that I can say I did on my own and not just by using a template on an app. Also makes my cat videos more interesting. Thanks for creating these easy-to-understand and easy-to-follow videos.
Has to be the best tutorial for green screen out. Thank you, str8 to the point and various methods. Communication is very clear, and the steps are easy to implement. Thank you

By far the best Green Screen Removal Tutorial I have seen! Kudos 2 u sir!
the best tutorial for this, simply and straight forward!
Great information ! Both methods look great.
I like making videos because that's a way of visual communication, like art, where you can actually convey what's in your mind and what you like.
This is the one I needed. Thanks!
Great video exactly what I needed!
NIce to see your video for the very first time but very authentic.
First method is so easy and straightforward! ❤️❤️❤️

Great tutorial! I'm totally new to davinci! One question; is the selection tracked throughout the whole clip after applying this?
Best green screen tutorial I’ve seen so far

Wow thanks - that was a perfect tutorial
This worked perfectly. Especially that second option. Thank you.

Bruh, you're awesome! The fusion remover is THE BEST!
Haha yeah right! I do understand why. A quick solution is the 3D keyer and thats why I like it haha
@@BillyRybka Plus sequencing multiple keyers = multi colour removal
thank you so much! The second method always makes a buggy black screen for me so the first method helps a lot and is more convinient :)
