Hey All! I Hope you Enjoyed this video! ALL THE FILES ARE IN THE DESCRIPTION TO DOWNLOAD!!! The BEST DAVINCI RESOLVE Transition Pack: th-cam.com/video/RzwN7Gf8P7Y/w-d-xo.html
I'm using resolve 17 now, have you had issues with the color selector? I can't get the panel that you get, no HTML inputs or nothing. Just the same colorpicker that you get in keynote (mac)
I'm an education major. Im aware of how learning should feel -- building upon prior knowledge in a way that engages students and makes them wonder if they can do it, and then over the lesson, get them to a point of mastery in which they can at least feel empowered to try it themselves, and know something about the topic. You did that masterfully. Step-by-step, you broke down the process that was originally something I felt would be impossible. Yet, at the end of the video, I'm pumped to try my hand at this. Great job. Thank you.
Hey man, I just wanna thank you for making all the Davinci Resolve tutorials. Not a lot of people are doing that and it really helps since I've decided to make the switch away from Adobe. It was kinda annoying that all the cool effect tutorials were all Premiere centric. Keep at it!
I love that the way you set up the project elements. You deliberately created problems (out of sync, backwards) for yourself to show how to make anything work. Well done, Billy.
i dont know how i stumble on your channel but i found that you tutorial is really interesting for me . gonna learn davinci16 deeply after this thank you !
For the CONTROL-SPACEBAR is that on the paid version? I am on my Mac and it does not do anything. Any advice would on how to pull that up would be great. Thanks in advance.
I know this is 7 months old but I Really love your tutorials. You have a way of making complicated things seem simple. I must say I also particularly like that u dnt just assume every1 knows how to eg hold shift to add a node to the timeline👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
You broke this down and made it so easy to follow! Thank you! Would love to see if you can have the hologram beam out Rather than keeping the hologram the same dimensions and just scaling the item into the frame like you did at 9:29 could you have it “stretch” out. Like squeezing into and out of the phone? Gosh I hope I’m explaining that decently😅 Ex) if 4 corners were the rectangle screen hologram, could I move those dots anywhere and key frame them for the transition into the air? Or do the dimensions have to be locked and the item being shrunken to come out of the phone like what was demonstrated here.
Great tutorial kind sir!! I especially appreciate how simple you explain things, you make things not seem so overwhelmingly complex when they otherwise would be... Subbed!!
This is so creative and very clear (you explain what keyboard to press. Many youtubers forget) step by step. You make me realize how powerful the fusion menu is. I am excited to learn more. Thank you.
Very nice tutorial and easy to follow. I have a love hate relation with Fusion but following videos like yours make me understand every day more this complicated software. Thanks
Great ! Thanks a lot . Hello from France. I subscribed today ans i will use this technique in my cooking channel. Tanks again and i will follow your channel very carefully.
Bro your are the bessttttt🔥🔥🔥Reallly helping noob editors(like myself👀)trying to better ourselves...really appreciate all your work and the time you put in man
Great! Think I learned more from your last 6 Tutorials(watched in the last two days) than in the last 2 -3 month - Thank you so much! And yes, please more Fusion Stuff 🙏👍
That would be with a handyman outside the frame, holding the light, and turning it on and off on time with his swipes and motions, thats the easiest way imo just have a friend help you lol
I have one question: When you select all clips in "Edit" page (5:24 in your video), and right click and select "New Fusion Clip...", DR make the magic, and creates three "VideoIn" nodes (and "Merge" nodes) in "Fusion" page. These three "VideoIn" nodes coresspond to initial three video tracks from "Edit" page. Now in the "Edit" page we have only one clip ("FusionClip1"). So, my question is: Is there any way to manualy do the magic, so Video track1 to feeds "MediaIn" node1, Video track2-->MediaIn node2 etc.?
Hey first of all, thx for the tutorial, it was very helpfull for me to understand how does work fusion a little more Just I don't why, I followed exactly the same steps point by point, but I have to adjust differently cause for example de lines didn't wanted to go on the media in that I wanted and I freaking don't know why, I suppose that a video mastered with black background with text can't handle it or maybe I'm curse but grace to you I found a different way to do it in my case
Really enjoying your Davinci tutorials Billy, thanks. Now how about if you wanted to show the the reflection of the hologram in your glasses too, is that a lot of extra compositing?
Amazing! THANK YOU, the speed and explanations of your videos are perfect for beginners and are a great inspiration for people like me who are just starting off as to what I could achieve.
Hi Billy, I enjoy all your tutorial videos, you are awesome! Perhaps you already have a video on how to use and render iPhone 12 footage in Davinci Resolve, I tried to mimic the hologram effect, but I couldn’t render it, is there a way to use edit iPhone footage in Davinci Resolve? Thank you!
Love your tutorials, you make the most complicated things (like this hologram effect) look easy! Thanks for the hard work, I'm already applying so many

I love that the way you set up the project elements. You deliberately created problems (out of sync, backwards) for yourself to show how to make anything work. Well done, Billy.
