I’m not sure if whoever was editing this did it on purpose, but every once in a while what is supposed to be shown on the screen is not and it will show the next one over, mildly infuriating, the editor is a genius.
It took me almost the entire video to realize that the weird editing "mistakes" weren't mistakes and it was supposed to be mildly infuriating. It was very successful btw
“tips cant be more than 50%” i got a 200% tip once because this couple saw a guy screaming at me (it was my first ever waitressing job) and when i went to refill their water they basically said “fuck that guy, youre doing great” their check was $30, and they gave me a $100 bill and told me to keep the change. I had to go out to the back and cry because it was and still is the nicest thing any customer has ever done for me.
I know some companies have that policy because they don't want the tips to exceed a certain percentage of their workers' pay. Don't know why, but yeah. For the record- I am not a source, this is just what I'd heard from someone more knowledgable than I.
The Norwegian women volleyball team tried to change the uniform to shorts because the bikinis where really uncomfortable and they weren’t aloud to play in a competition because of it.
What’s mildly infuriating is how random clips and pictures are sometimes overlapping the posts Jack is reading. I’m sure it was intentional too, which is amazing! xD
honestly if i ever came across Jack on the street or something i would probably just run away, i don't have the confidence to ask for a photo or autograph so how people can do that is beyond me
I can only imagine myself like, watching for about 10 seconds, going up to him and going "heyloveyourstuffokaydontwannabotheryouokaybye" and then speedwalking away

Fun fact, Everest is also littered with the frozen corpses of climbs gone wrong, to the point they're used as landmarks! It's too dangerous to even identify them, so they're stuck. With ever growing trash. Forever. Enjoy your ascent :)
yup there is a well known one called Green Boots. read an article on him a while back. they know who he is now, but there really isn't a safe way to bring these corpses down.
@@JoshuaaMS I can't really imagine why, were they all alone or did nobody see them before they hiked up? For sure they'd be identifyable by their clothes? as a designer myself, the icons one actually drives me insane. there are better ways to make them all appear from the same company without making them look almost exactly the same
I've had 3 boyfriends who all did that. One of them was super insecure about it too. I was just like, Dude I don't care if you sit down to pee. I don't have to clean the bathroom floor as much and the toilet lid stays closed. Win-win.
at home yeah sure pee sitting, no one gonna judge, but when yer out in public it's more hygienic to stand... especially nowadays. After all you dunno who's rear was on that seat before you and how clean they were.
@@EnvySenpaiCat well at that point I just wipe the seat, then after making sure it’s dry I put 3 sets of 2 layers of toilet paper on it, 1 set for the right, one for the left and one for the back. The women's team in beach-handball in Norway actually did demonstrate against the uniform rules of the sport, and wore shorts like the men. They were fined quite heavily each game they disobeyed, but now the regulations have changed. I think it still requires them to wear tight shorts, as opposed to just shorts, but it's a step in the right direction
In schools girls are sent home if their shoulders or a bra strap is seen and then we have this. This is so infuriating. I hope I get to see the day where women are not being treated as objects anymore
I 100% agree with jack on some levels I like Pinterest because it’s helps me find pictures for my editing class but since I have it on my phone and I’m expecting an important email or text message and I hear a notification thinking it’s that I get so angry when it says “ so and so saved your pin” I hate that so much
@mystery and gore the f-king same thing happens to me but with Reddit of all things… I want to view something and their comments but oh, they want me to join Reddit, Which I did but I rarely use it. Come on Reddit, f-king let me view things to my leisure and not have to want to open this in your app!
Worst thing about pintrest is even if you sign up, then they just spam your email with pins, which is arguably more infuriating than not being able to view pictures
As much as I feel like the Everest garbage problem is a thing, my brain just automatically goes to all the dead people up there who can’t take their garbage back with them cause they’re dead….. then my brain goes to the fact that some of that garbage and some of the corpses are literally used as landmarks to find your way on the mountain…
So, the women's handball team DID make a big deal out of the uniform.. and then they were given a fine and the association threatened to disqualify them and not let them play.. 😑 It was ridiculous.
That is ridiculous, they’re probably worried that all the people who watch just to see the girls in revealing clothes, will stop watching, and the girls who can’t just up and leave the sport they’ve invested so much time in won’t fight the fine, so it would take a massive public outcry to allow them a uniform change, cus they don’t care about the players, they care about how much money they’re making, even though the difference would be minuscule
That was the Norwegian team for the 2020 Olympics. What's even more infuriating is that some countries do give them the opportunity to wear something else, Germany for example do
Theyre given a fine meanwhile they just were asking for simple uniform modifications or at least a choice to wear more than that? What the actual FUCK. That’s so disgusting an unfair… if they want a uniform or at least some sort of option to wear more they should be allowed to. That’s horrible I feel so bad for them :/
This is definately more than mildly infuriating where is the equailty or respect for the sport? Do you think they would let men wear the female uniform to play in if they wanted too, or fine them for not wanting to wear it?
Well the Olympic games association are all a bunch of **icks because they forced Japan to do the olympics this year otherwise they won’t ever let Japan hold the olympics again. They’re redicilous.
Having worked as a designer I can say with 99% certainty that the designer for those Google icons was probably not at fault. There was probably some higher-up that went "no i want it to look more like this other one" and did that with EVERY version the designer came up with until they all pretty much looked the same.
My biggest pet peeve, in America for reference, is when you're trying to turn right or left, and the person turning the opposite direction pulls up too far so they can see, and completely blocks your view of oncoming traffic.
I agree, but doesn't that only happen when you're trying to turn right onto a road and another person on your left is trying to turn left across the road and pulls up too far so you can't see approaching cars? If you're trying to turn left (across the road), can a person pull up so far that they are blocking the view of incoming traffic on the opposite side of the road? Unless there's turn maybe. It is really dumb to pull up too far when you're turning left, you have a complete view down the right of incoming traffic on the opposite side, so the only reason to pull forward is to try to cut off approaching traffic from your left as you make your left turn, which is stupid and dangerous.
It took me a second to realize that no, Jack didn't mess up his editing by putting the wrong things with whatever he's covering. He did it on purpose. To be mildly infuriating. And damn it, it worked. Well played, sir. XD

If I remember correctly, a team Did protest the outfits for women's beach volleyball. I'm pretty sure it was the Norway team. They were told that they would be penalized if they didn't wear the official uniforms, so the team was like, "ok. Penalise us" and actually just paid the fine. But then the organizers brought up the penalty costs to ridiculous amounts, so the team couldn't play any more. I don't remember what happened after that, but I thought it was cool of them to take a stand, the uniform difference is ridiculous.
Yes, I am Norwegian and this happened. They have been campaigning for shorts to be considered acceptable in the sport since 2006 and I believe they have submitted a notion to change the rules this November.
Pink (the artist) offered to pay the fine for the Norwegian team and not too long ago the rule was changed, as a result of the protest. So that's nice.
For the women's handball team thing; they actually did kick up a stink about it and they recently won! It took a disheartening amount of fighting for it to happen, though. Unsurprisingly the people in charge of the uniform decisions were men.
That’s awesome! I remember the first time I watched olympics or something of the women’s and I brought up the uniform and my dad thought it wasn’t a big deal and I dropped it cause I was like, 10, and my dad is quick to anger. I’m so glad things have changed!!!

Fun fact: Garbage isn't the only thing that gets left at the summit of Everest. Because of the difficulty of recovering them, the bodies of climbers who couldn't make it to the top are also left where they fell. Some of them are even used as trail markers by other climbers.
What may be surprising is that bodies are taken by Everest as compensation for the garbage left behind and as a warning to future litter bugs. It's been a mildly unsuccessful campaign but a satisfying one.

My personal issue is when adults treat everyone under the age of 18 like they know absolutely nothing. Like, I get it, kids aren't always the smartest. That being said, there are times when they have good points and speak on real issues that could use some change, but it's often just dismissed because "ah, you're just a kid, and I've got so much more experience breathing than you!"
Not just under the age of 18. I get treated like a child at times despite being 18, 19 in *4 months*, and I guarantee I will not be treated as though I'm even a teenager by the time I turn, and far after that.
The worse part of this is when parents say 'don't talk back to me'. Like, I didn't realize we weren't having a conversation and that I'm not allowed to say things you don't like. Just because you've been breathing for longer doesn't mean you know everything. 'Talking back' is just us telling you what you don't wanna hear or admit.

One time I had a call center job, and they asked me something like, "Do we help customers?" or something like that, and if you selected yes, it would do the same thing because it wanted you to say that you "advocate for" customers, and it goes into an explanation about how that implies a greater standard of service. Just recently the Norwegian (women) volleyball team got granted for all women participating in the sport, that a new uniform with shorts and a tank top is now acceptable. It is still unbelievable that they were fined and banned during the olympics in 2021, for a cause that should be human decency to cover up if you would like to.

The number one thing that triggers me is when people park in the disabled parking spaces without a proper permit. It pisses me off because as a wheelchair user it makes it more difficult to find a place to park. Bring them to court!
Adding on to that, when people park in the spots designated for the van ramps. That is a loading and unloading zone for wheelchairs and when I see a car in that space I want to key it.
Opposite end of that, when people give you evils when you do have a permit but don’t “look” disabled, my Auntie gets so much stick because she has MS so she can’t walk that far but people have shouted at her before because she’s not in a wheelchair
@@malteaser exactly, I understand that because I can't walk so my mother has to get out my wheelchair. @@hollygladstone5601 that is one problem, I don't know how to figure out a solution around around that issue. Sure it's a designated for accessible vans, but at the same time it's also used as a regular space for accessible parking, it's quite a confusing situation if you ask me.
Also when you can't get into disabled parking, so you have to trust people not to park in the way of the wheelchair ramp, which they will do despite the large window sign on that side of the van, specifically telling people that this is where a big metal ramp unloads a child.
Things that bug me: - when someone puts a plate in the sink on top of the drain so it won't drain properly if the plate's not moved - plastic bags getting stuffed into their designated drawer instead of being folded so they burst out every time you open it - not recycling just because you're too lazy to put in a new bag for plastics etc after taking the previous one out - when you share an instagram video you found while scrolling and it resets the whole feed - people not cleaning the oven if they spilled something in there so when you put it on next, you get burned food smell all over the house

Something that bothers me is- well two things: One, mouth noises like the smacking of lips or someone chewing with their mouth open- Two, whenever pens are left uncapped or clicked open
That lint draw thing is absolutely real... my ex thought our dryer was broken when she was trying to dry her work clothes, and when I asked her when the last time she checked the lint trap she gave me a look as if I just showed a magic trick to a pet dog lol.
Omg my step mom always tells me to clean the lint trap when I'm done with my clothes and every time I go to do laundry you can literally see all the different layers of lint from where she didn't clean it and then she blames it on me
Not having a perfectly cleaned lint trap all the time gives me horrible anxiety. My father was firefighter and was great at instilling many fears into his children. My mildly infuriating pet peeve: When people leave leftover time on the microwave. I see this a lot at work. The microwave will just be chillin' there with leftover times from 2 seconds all the way up to 5 minutes. Apparantly most people don't know that when you microwave food, it's usually done within 2 minutes or so. Even when they're done using it they leave the leftover time on it and I'm the only person that resets them all. It literally takes less than a second to press the CANCEL button but people are too lazy to even do that.
yeah my family does that plenty, not only is it just annoying, but when single digits/ seconds are consistently left for long periods of time depending on the model it can start discoloring the time screen -_-
Most relatable moment in this video: "I started peeing sitting down." yeah bro, me too...I get angry at myself about those "sprinkles". Life's pain, but sitting makes it easier.
Urinals. I mean I'm a girl... But I did a work/ski holiday in Canada where I did housekeeping for a hotel... Absolutely worse job but for us Aussies, being able to wake up and go to the snow outside or go to the slopes... And have the snow fresh and not hard and frozen... Lol Anyhow once every so often we had different shifts where we had to clean the public areas of the hotel.. And urinals there were the worse and most disgusting thing I've ever seen. How, how do guys even think of peeing there. If I were a guy, i would find a toilet stall and pee there. Just... No urinals are stupid. Just have the bathroom with all stalls and have the seat lid automatically go up for guys so you don't have them peeing on seat lids lol. I know you don't all do that, but some do...urgh. anyhow urinals. Awful. Yeah let's just have every guy standing in a row and potentially miss everything, and stand there others have been.... And the kicker is every other guy gets to view everyone else peeing too lol. Just ... I couldn't imagine us girls having glass for walls for our stall and we just sit there trying to ignore everyone else... Yeah. Stupid. And infuriating.
@@Kewlausgirl it really isn’t a big deal with urinals. It’s just convenient and quick. There’s usually a barrier between spaces so you would really have to turn your head and look to see another guy’s penis. And it’s just good manners to stare at the wall and not embarrassing at all, unless you have deep mental issues about your manhood - it’s really not as big a deal as you imagine. They should be cleaned regularly so no problem standing where someone else has been. I guess it’s what you are used to. To go to another extreme: I’m in Japan and people go in the hotsprings completely naked with friends and family which to many westerners seems weird, but they aren’t ashamed of showing their body and don’t have as many hang ups that’s been ingrained into them from birth. As a guy it’s nice to have both options for the toilets. I feel sorry for the women having to line up during busy periods at places whereas the mens has no line or a very small one in comparison. I would hate if there were no urinals and we also had to have huge lines. Must suck to clean for the cleaners, but urinals are here to stay for convenience.
@@Kewlausgirl I liked the ones we have back in Asia. The urinals were more of a single long trench made of aluminum. The back was like abdomen high down to the floor. The bottom ran into a single drain. Then evenly spaced out "flushes" (no clue what they're called) would flush every now and then from the top of this trench. @@RealDevinnSanchez So true! People are always going to remember engaging conversations they've held with strangers, NOT "omg can I have a picture with you???" being said 200 times a day... The only time it's acceptable to ask for a photo is if you're doing photography and someone happens to be in your line of sight. Either they'll say yes, or they'll move (or you will).

My biggest pet peeve, in America for reference, is when you're trying to turn right or left, and the person turning the opposite direction pulls up too far so they can see, and completely blocks your view of oncoming traffic.
There is a circle in hell reserved for these people.
And then people behind you throw a tantrum because you can’t see
I agree, but doesn't that only happen when you're trying to turn right onto a road and another person on your left is trying to turn left across the road and pulls up too far so you can't see approaching cars?
If you're trying to turn left (across the road), can a person pull up so far that they are blocking the view of incoming traffic on the opposite side of the road? Unless there's turn maybe. It is really dumb to pull up too far when you're turning left, you have a complete view down the right of incoming traffic on the opposite side, so the only reason to pull forward is to try to cut off approaching traffic from your left as you make your left turn, which is stupid and dangerous.

I'm pretty sure it was the Norway team. They were told that they would be penalized if they didn't wear the official uniforms, so the team was like, "ok. Penalise us" and actually just paid the fine.

Just because you've been breathing for longer doesn't mean you know everything.

yea but most dishwashers dont do a very good job at cleaning dishes unless you wash it under the sink a bit before hand

3:00 - I've never worked at Best Buy, but the service industry is riddled with stuff like this. To be fair, they do go out of their way to tell you what they're expecting, but if you forget the exact word, the test will get all pedantic like that. One time I had a call center job, and they asked me something like, "Do we help customers?" or something like that, and if you selected yes, it would do the same thing because it wanted you to say that you "advocate for" customers, and it goes into an explanation about how that implies a greater standard of service.
It is, indeed, very annoying.

Just recently the Norwegian (women) volleyball team got granted for all women participating in the sport, that a new uniform with shorts and a tank top is now acceptable. I work in retail and one thing mildly infuriating to me is when people start rushing you at the register and you're scanning as fast as you can. Or when people ask "do you have *insert item*?" and I say no, and they respond with "Well you used to have it"
Ma'am we probably had that item like 5 years ago
When she's doing that sure I have the permit up in the window but some people just look at my mother like "Really lady why are you there?" Then they see the wheelchair coming out of the back of the truck and then they get it through their thick skull.
Things that bug me:
- when someone puts a plate in the sink on top of the drain so it won't drain properly if the plate's not moved
- plastic bags getting stuffed into their designated drawer instead of being folded so they burst out every time you open it
- not recycling just because you're too lazy to put in a new bag for plastics etc after taking the previous one out
- when you share an instagram video you found while scrolling and it resets the whole feed
- people not cleaning the oven if they spilled something in there so when you put it on next, you get burned food smell all over the house
Oh, you'll hate me then.
I can relate with a lot of these! Sadly, my apartment rn doesn't have a way for me to recycle anything. It hurts me every time I have to throw something away that I know can be recycled, but I just don't have the access to do any different
i do at least 2 of those lol
Sean saying he doesn’t want people to come up to him when eating is the most relatable thing ever. Like man that’s not pretentious at all, that’s just being human
don't talk to me if i'm eating or have music in my ears
For real, if I’m out trying to eat, I am hungry and possibly not in a good mood unless with a close friend of mine. Not to mention that I’m very self conscious about eating in public places, idk why but I just am. I would hate to be interrupted or gawked at by what is a complete stranger.
The gruesome deaths of many families from dryer lint fires has caused some of my relationships to end over not properly cleaning the lint tray.
So, just curious, is that why she's your ex?

Something that infuriated me to the point where i ended up paranoid was when i was still living with my mother. She picked favorites and i was pushed aside while my brother got all the attention then once she had another son my other brother got pushed aside. My little sister was the last one to come along and mother favored both the babies. Mom then had the nerve to spread lies on social media saying i 'Ran away'... she WATCHED me leave with her friend and i CHOSE to stay else where away from her.

Haha, ik what you mean. My brother leaves it on 1 second left on purpose
Oml my brother does this too on PURPOSE! He told me it's like he's deactivating a bomb before it explodes lmao. But it annoys me so much...!!
@@damiagreelish5177 Do we have the same brother?! Lol
yeah my family does that plenty, not only is it just annoying, but when single digits/ seconds are consistently left for long periods of time depending on the model it can start discoloring the time screen -_-

Most relatable moment in this video: "I started peeing sitting down."
yeah bro, me too...I get angry at myself about those "sprinkles".
Lol
Anyhow once every so often we had different shifts where we had to clean the public areas of the hotel..
Must suck to clean for the cleaners, but urinals are here to stay for convenience.
i just never understood why guys decided to stand at a toilet designed to be sat on lmaoo
No idea what the official name of this design is called, but seemed to work well, mitigate missing a tiny urinal, and was low maintenance.
I second that
