Thanks I can use these as reference exercises. I had partial tears sprains in acl and pcl of both knees. No surgery, just lost of training. Happened 3-4 years ago.
Nice video - really helpful, lots of useful ideas, thanks for sharing. It's useful to know that there was some soreness after a hard workout. As you say, I guess it's a case of listening/feeling what your body can take and not pushing it too far.
Kimberly Watson thanks so much! Lots of inspiration available online! It can feel like a very personal journey sometimes but definitely comforting to know other people going through similar experiences. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
You look stromg! Im confident you will be alot better when you do your comeback on the board. You will have crazy amounts of pop! Keep up the work dude!
Great vid, went through this whole process since Feb when I got ACL reconstruction....been training hard to get back ready to hit the slopes. I still get some knee soreness after a tough workout, were you seeing that sometimes?
Hey Andrew, sorry for the very slow reply. Hope your recovery is going well and you have a good support team! Mine is feeling great last couple years, slow and steady wins the race kinda thing
No surgery, but my knee brace was an important part of the recovery. Had it on 24 hours a day for the first couple months; it had a special part for the PCL to relieve the pressure and help it heal. had it on for 9 months or so, but started to wear it less towards the end. lots of physio too of course! (it was an Ossur PCL Rebound brace)
Chris I've had 1 acl and 3 meniscus tears. Rehabbing is always a process. Check out AthleanX on TH-cam. Guy is an absolute life saver with great ideas to rehab and help identify your weaknesses. There's a reason he has over 4 mill subscribers.

Hi, did you get a surgery or just physio therapy alone?
