    *Ingredients
    3 pcs (55g+-) Eggs
    40g (3 tbsp.) Cooking oil
    70g (0.3 cup) Yogurt
    50g (6 tbsp.) Cake flour
    2g (1/4 tsp.) Lemon juice
    50g (4 tbsp.) Sugar
    8g (1tbsp) Cornstarch
    150°C (300°F) bake for 55 minutes
    cake pan size: 15cm/6''
    Important tips:
    1. I used sugar-free yogurt, because the thickness of yogurt is different, if you use greek yogurt, please use 50 grams of yogurt and 20 grams of milk to replace the 70 grams of yogurt in the recipe I gave.
    2. If you want the cake to be more soft and moist, whip the meringue to soft to medium peaks, if you whip it to the dry peaks, the texture of the baked cake will be a little dry
    3. According to the actual situation of your home oven and adjust the temperature and time, trying to bake at low temperature, you can also use the water bath method to bake
    4. Remember to bake in the middle and lower layers of the oven, otherwise the cake will easily have a concave bottom or collapse.
