Lately, my hips and knees have really been bothering me. Now winter has set in. I have only been doing your workouts for a week. I just can't believe how GOOD I feel during & after. I did one of your thirty minute full body weight workouts, ten minute abs and finished with this one. I recently had cataract surgery and have been fairly limited in what I could do. I’m back now and it’s like starting over at 71. I love that your workouts are for all fitness levels and they are “doable” as you say.

First time doing weights, I have been doing your knee exercises for the last year or so and find them brilliant! I loved this weights workout, I used two 400g tins as i had no weights, glad i did cos I'm gonna buy only 1ib weights to start with! What i love about your workouts is that they are long enough to make you feel you achieved something but short enough to motivate you to do them every day. Your positivity is just gorgeous Shelley. Love this exercise! Much harder than it looks but doable. I like the instrumental only music too. I am working on reversing osteopenia naturally so anything with weights I appreciate. And of course I appreciate all you do to motivate me and so many other mature women to be healthy.

I'm 41 and a big Girl. Doing this 2 times a week for 1.5 months now, and can seriously see my arms get more defined. Also my cloths are slowly fitting better around my upper arms. ❤ Thank you for this easy, yet effective workout.

May I suggest that you buy a set of dumbbell weights that are one and two sizes up from what you’re currently can lift. And when you can easily do a set of 10 without too much strain, pick up the next. This is going to help you build more muscle and lose more weight. You are a star 💃

Great upper body and arms work today! I started with 5 pounds but reduced to 2 pounds. Worked even better as I had more flex with the lighter weight. Thank you especially for the 50 second stretch at the very end.

Loving your video's. For a while I had been looking for a video that would be good for my arms, then I came across your's about a month ago. I have been doing the arms work out daily twice a day. And the results is amazing I am falling in love with my arms again. I couldn't believe the flappy creeped up on me. I am in Australia, we are in our summer. I am looking forward to start wearing nice singlet tops and dresses again. Never give up ladies it really works.
