- Kingfish are highly regarded by spearos and fishermen alike for their power and prestige. A favorite among many with no short supply of epic tales in their name. These fish are known to test the limits of a diver and their equipment.
Back out to the heads the target is, you guessed it... KINGFISH! The best place to start is by locating the baitfish. Kingies are predatory and will often been found lurking on the outskirts of nervous schools of smaller fish.
Spend enough time with prey and you find a predator. Next step is to not screw it up. Its not summer yet, the kings are flighty, not out droves as during the hotter months. You may only get a couple chances, you may get one, or even none. You cannot let your guard down in the ocean, each and every dive could change your life, or even end it...
Dive safe this coming season and respect the ocean. Many people will be hitting the coast this summer. We need to remember to dive within our limits and be conscious about the effect we are having on the environment.
Silly season is an appropriate term, I have seen some out the gate stuff over the holiday period. My biggest piece of advice is look out for boats, don't get smoked. Also jet skis, especially jet skis, some proper maniacs out there lol.

Cheers 🥂! Loading rollerguns isn't particular easy haha. But it needs to be difficult as the one pair of rubbers is doing the work of 2-3 normal loops. Alot of it comes down to technique, load assists help greatly. Something I learnt way too late is to always keep your fingers over the bands (palm down) when loading. As opposited to when your grab the rubber from underneath, often leading to caught fingers 🤘
@@BlueNeoprene Thanks. My chest now has permanent mark and bleeding. Not sure what to do. I can’t get the fun straight on the chest, it slides up or down, making it impossible to load. I’ve tried few times already, will try again.

Hey mate. Sorry it wasn't for you, I appreciate you still leaving a comment though. I wish I liked hearing my own voice, recording voice overs is often the hardest part for me. The focus of this channel is to share what I know with others. More is communicated with speech than music. Plenty EDM fish killing compilation you can watch instead. Or stay tuned and you might learn something, maybe even graduate from lil blue cods and butterfish.
