First dive of 2024, nice conditions above water and good visibility below. Some good table fish secured including Boarfish, Trevally, Koheru, Snapper, Kingfish along with the ever increasing number of Sharks.
What mask do you recommend for diving deep and comfortable I currently use CRESSI CALIBRO MASK and it's rubbish foggy and it the silicon around the mask is weak so leack water when diving 5 meter plus

The best mask for you is one that fits. A popular low volume mask we do is our Wettie Sniper mask. Has a nice Soft fit and nice low volume.

No not necessarily. Depends on over all speargun set up and what grade of stainless or steel the spear shaft is.
