@@xpto41Stage wins are not.important for the Overall win. Froome won 2 Times without winning even one stages. He has 6 Stage wins Overall and 4 GC wins.
@@Gurovskiyeah it’s getting tense now specially when there’s a new rider from a new country to win a stage at the tour. Biniam Ghirmay is making history and making the whole Africa proud 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.
The funny thing is I wasn't even euphoric with the 35th win today. Unlike last year where he almost won but dropped his chain this felt almost...easy? He seemed dominant as soon as he hit the front. What a career.
I love this video, I've watched it a thousand times. What a sprinter. Hoping for 2024 he can stay up and get 35! Major props for Renshaw too for delivering him, best lead out man in the business.
I think he's the GOAT of all time and possibly ever, elite road race sprinting careers don't last long (5-7 years), he looked today as fast as ever ! He's 39 ffs
His position on the bike is just far more aerodynamic. My fav will always be Robbie McEwan since he a did a ton of winning pretty much solo. No big lead outs. Just creativity.
I had this thought the other day: Cav won the sprint against other riders who were also quite capable of explosive speed in the sprints. Riders who were quite capable of riding with extreme high speeds. And yet, the “Manx Missile” outsprinted them on numerous occasions. The Manx Missile. 😂😆
The Columbia HTC days were just iconic for sprint finishes honestly. Seeing their sprint lead out coming together the last KMs and it almost being a formality. Makes you wonder how many more he could’ve won had it not been for injuries/crashes
Hi, thanks for your videos on the sprinters, they are very nice. A long time ago you released a video about Mark Cavendish with a music of coldpaly (paradise), you still have it?
Hello Marco, I have tried to re-upload that video in the past but it had some issues. I'll try to re-upload it again and see. Will let you know if it works.
He's done it guys. 35!
How is it possible he won 35 stages but never won the tour??
He is a Sprinter. He has Not the physics to survive the Mountains.@@xpto41

i love how we're all here to watch and celebrate Marks 35th!!
Many people may have thought that this video wouldn't need updated...35! The greatest. And still making it look easy all these years later.
Sir Mark Cavendish has made it 35 in a historical way!!!!! Hats off for the Manx missile
let's hope he's not disqualified for the aggression towards the end when he knocked another cyclist. There's always a complainer with a grudge🙄
@@Gurovski it stands already and he wasn’t at fault as well.
@@tekyamedia828 thank you. Suddenly the TDF has become more interesting. An amazing achievement after so much injury etc over the years.

He did!
And today renshaw IS in the car for astana
His 2012 season, he won everything.. Watching Sir Bradley leading him out down the Champs-Elysées is something else.
What a difference it makes to hear Graham making the call vs that French guy. It's not just about language, it just sounds so much better
it's not Mark Cavendish it's now Sir Mark Cavendish, he's been Knighted by King Charles III👑. One of the greatest cyclists of all time. 🤩
It's not 34 now either. But he's still one of the greatest.
Disagree. There’s no way King Charles III is one of the greatest cyclists of all time

Had to be on NBC for that !

Simply the greatest sprinter and stage winner that has ever lived.
I should have bought a lottery ticket!!
Think this needs updating!!
Phil makes victory taste better!
El mejor esprinte dela historia
Amazing... But could have been even more amazing if he didn't stay long at Sky, didn't miss a few years from injuries. Probably now he'd have had 50
