With all due respect, I work in a candy factory. And I think there is no HACCP because I see that employees touch the product with their bare hands. And one of the HACCP principles is fewer bare hands in production. That is, to minimize the potential threat from the employee to almost zero. I know that there will always be someone who will find fault with something. But I wouldn't find fault if this principle was observed.
