you definitely can! I don't know if it would be the *best* fit among all options - that would largely depend on your needs and what platforms you need your email provider to integrate with. But Klaviyo integrates with your main business/shopping platform, then I don't see why not!

Damn, Klaviyo is depressing. Finally created an abandoned cart flow, and when I went to my website, entered all my details, and left a checkout.... IT DIDN'T WORK. Not a single email is received after 10 minutes (which is the time of the first one). Any idea?
there's no point in sending videos via email because most popular email clients, such as Gmail, don't play them in inboxes. The best alternative is to send an image or a GIF with a play button, so that it looks like a video thumbnail, and link that to the video on your website.

It’s the people you want to exclude from receiving a particular campaign. For example, we often exclude those who made a purchase in the last 14 days.

Check your tracking first - maybe the issue is with the integration

are you talking about cold leads? or an opt-in marketing email list?
