Sharing this one for demo purposes. Laminating large print and cut skull with Roland bn-20. If I can help even one person with a solution to a problem, then I am happy to share.
Thanks a lot for the video. Thanks for sharing the $ to. I’m just thinking maybe one of those chest mount for your camera would free both of your hands.
I have a hard time getting it to read the registration marks. Do you have any videos on exactly how to cut stuff on it with registration marks? Sometimes it doesn't cut correctly and sometimes it doesn't even read them.

Have you ever done a job were you would need to print and cut the job in 2 halves as it was too big, would you do a video on that when you have time, thanks
It changes every time I replace the blade. Right now I turn it down to 45 which is nuts because the blade is barely sticking out. If you have it set for laminate you do have to back it off a bit when cutting without.
GREAT DESIGNS BROTHER...LOVE YOUR STYLE
Nice video! Can you remove the roll while it's cutting so you don't worry about it hitting the roll?
Please keep posting. I learn a bit every time
Thank you I appreciate it. Will keep em coming.
Thanks for the training video.
Most welcome 😁

I tried sublimation, I put freddie cruger on a saw blade. Came out cool. I just don't have time to dig in with it though.

Hows the lighting in your shop? Do you laminate over the marks?
@@down2stick203 yeah I do laminate over the marks. I haven't put to much thought into the lighting
NIce work! I have a sign shop in LA and would love to know how you go about getting the word out on doing stickers, what works best for you?
Lots of foot work. Ebay and etsy is where I started but online customers can be awful. Hit up local stores and hand out free samples with your cards.
Can you do with the Mexican flag

I have cut vinyl for that but no bn20 jobs. I sure can do one.
that would be great, thanks @@down2stick203
How does it read crop marks
It has a sensor, room must have good lighting. I tried once with the lights off and it still read them though.
In your cut controls, what do you set cut force to if your project is laminated?
It changes every time I replace the blade. Right now I turn it down to 45 which is nuts because the blade is barely sticking out. If you have it set for laminate you do have to back it off a bit when cutting without.
i get $90 for that.
