Great video, I appreciate the thorough explaination of everything. Can you tell me where you got the mini roller from and the larger lamimate roller machine?
Wow you make it seem so easy.I been having problems masking those big decals I’m going to try your method.and then any suggestions on why my cut lines are so crook it when I put my files in versaworks
Thank you for this video. I do the same thing you do but in my apartment. This month im moving into a retail space like yours but smaller, what other services besides HTV and Sublimation should i consider providing next for customers? Thanks for your time?
I’m considering purchasing a Roland and I’m genuinely curious as to why you used vinyl cutters for some of the jobs instead off using the Roland print and cut for all of the jobs? I have so much to learn
What is the smallest image you can make? I am looking at this machine, If it can print 1/64 scale designs for police cars. Are you aware if the can go that small?
The smallest I have done is 1" inch diameter but I have cut as low as 3/8 size pieces out of images. I am sure it can print smaller, the resolution on your image may will make a difference for sure.
The tape I use mainly is Enduramask. The Ruler I think is just a Cricut ruler with guard. I don't cut with it very often but the guard saves my fingers! Link to tape: signwarehouse.com/products/enduramask-mhc-160g-clear-grid-medium-high-tack-transfer-tape?variant=32001797881949
I started at $3 basically $1 per square inch. But I noticed more sales by doing two stickers for $3. I always gave them an extra sticker anyway so I figured I would add it to the listing
Beautiful decals, thank you for sharing your techniques and tips, excellent advice.
Thank you for watching that really means a lot!
I love the work you do. Awesome video!

I would add as much as you can but I tried to do too much at once and got overwhelmed. Maybe start with what you're best at and go from there
@@down2stick203 thx
The cutter you use to trim up that you place over vinyl then press down to cut, what is it called please I need one.
The paper cutter? Just a standard paper cutter from any office supply store. I would recommend the largest size. Mine only goes to 12 inches.
Im curious about how much i should charge client for all this production here in Atlanta GA...i got A BN20A
Just go to a print shop and ask for a quote see how much they charge and base of that you can see how much to charge
Does roland bn20 cuts out the stickers too or you need todo that with a separate machine?
You mispelled pledge
Nice! Good catch thank you!

I started with the cameo and then my 30" inch plotter. That one cuts larger than rolands. It's just faster to load the other cutters than the roland.
@@down2stick203is it possible to use thin vinyl, laminate, then rerun it through the Roland to have cut?

What kind of paper or media were you running thru your Roland?
I have been using Prismjet 203 standard printable vinyl.
What transfer tape are you using for the vinyl? Also what linear cutter is that? (The ruler that cuts) thank you!

Can you print photographs with this machine ??
Absolutely yes. I've done em on stickers and photo paper.
What is the selling price for 3.5" circle stickers please?
I started at $3 basically $1 per square inch. But I noticed more sales by doing two stickers for $3. I always gave them an extra sticker anyway so I figured I would add it to the listing
How much do you charge for 8.5"by11" stickers or car decals printed with the roland bn-20a
For that size I usually do about $10
what cutter are you using?
I have an R-series for my larger vinyl. Cameo Silhouette for smaller vinyl. Roland bn-20 for print stickers.
weeding is the worst part of making vinyl decals lol. too bad theres nothing that can speed it up
I see you have spelling errors sir... 🙉
Where at?
