at 14:45 you say "because this is that problem vinyl" .. can you elaborate on that? I have never used a Roland prior to getting the BN2-20 recently and am having a LOT of problems cutting the glossy calendared vinyl (Roland brand). So problematic (ripping, tearing, bunching) that I am convinced i somehow damaged the blade and am waiting for a new one to be delivered today :/
I have always had good cutting with Roland vinyl. The problem vinyl might be the high tack my supplier sent me by mistake. If its not too late maybe make a short video of the tearing? I can help more by seeing it. But it could just be the hardware set up wrong.
I have had my bn20 for a month and just getting started. Do you laminate all your stickers? I just bought the roller for laminating because I was doing a large HTV vinyl cut and the transfer mask bubble up all over. I am putting my large vinyl on a nylon flag I now need to do the job again. It was very stressful. Thank you for the video.
I do laminate everything. I tested stickers without it and they fade quicker. The only time I don't is when its a sticker such as a thank you decal for packaging or something to that effect. Thank you for watching if I can help with anything let me know.
@@down2stick203 a company asked me if I could do a car magnet. Do you do prints first car magnets? If you do, do you have a supplier you use? I’m looking for size 18x24.

On your cut force were are you setting that too? On my BN 20-A and VG3 I use 20 mil after laminating.

What supplier are you using to cutdown vinyl rolls?
Signwarehouse.com but they have been screwing up my orders recently.

Does changing the media type actually do anything for the cutting process?
I've only had to change setting after adding laminate. For HTV I've just used default settings and been fine.
Hey broe can I laminate with out using any machine
Yeah but I'd only recommend smaller jobs. Its hard to keep bubbles out of larger ones.
Thank you so much for replying and for the info.I’m only laminating a decal that’s about 12”x24” you think that’s to big
Can a clear transparent spray protect the print as long as the vinyl would or even half the time?
How much I want the predator one I like that that's nice how much for that one
I added link to description and also here it is. Thank you that is awesome you want one! www.ebay.com/itm/155060847480
Bro, no disrespect! You need lots of training on all this. Your production is very slow with bad procedures.
What ink do you use and also if you use printable htv is it all the same ink. Thank you!
