Thank you for sharing your job with us. I love your videos for many reasons, like reality, simplicity, and not talking too much about something else. Your talk is just focused on what you're doing currently! Some take too much time to take a video professionally and as high-quality as possible, but your pure video is more enjoyable!
You mentioned the Overcut option? Does the BN20 has that? Not all the time but sometimes I get the cut short. So if I cut a circle it only cuts it 98% and it’s very hard to complete that cut with my knife. Any advice? Thank you
Love the vids. Need info on that roll holder behind the cutter. I have the same cutter, along with others. TIP... make sure on long jobs you do a spool test to make sure the vinyl is aligned and doesn't fall off. Great work.
Hey I have the same machine, so I hope I can somewhat help in any way since I just came across this video and it's 3 months old. First, in the VinylMaster program does it let you vector before you start to cut cause I didn't see it in the video and didn't know if you did it before hand, but once you set the vinyl on the page there should be something that says vectorize by that toolbox. You click that and you can play around with the smoothing, corners and level of detail but be sure to click trace and you can zoom in to see if it has any flaws and if you like how it looks then click accept. That may be one of the reasons why the stars and numbers didn't take well cause it cut it like a picture that's pixelated. I also have my machine set up to Speed 10 and cut press 150, goes kinda slow lol but cuts come out pretty good but you can start from there and see if that could be another reason. Hope this helps man, keep doing what you're doing
@@down2stick203 In the back where those 3 clips that hold the vinyl are some gold screws that twist. I came across a video where those are supposed to help take pressure off the rubber wheels so just try playing around with those. I haven't got them out 100% cause I didn't fully mess around with it but I did see a difference. Let me know if that helps

Have you tried the knife calibration in Vinylmaster?

It's actually a shoe rack from walmart. The smaller ones work great for 12in rolls as well.

Hey thank you. I got it running smoother I can't stand the wheel marks it leaves though. Any ideas on smoothing those out?
