    Finally a teacher who offers downdog + twist the way that feels comfortable to me : feetwide apart and hands close to each other😀(I usually hear to get feet close together, I find that the twist isn't as intense this way). Great class, thank you Emma !

    Hi, Emma! This is the first time I do one of your yoga classes and it was really fulfilling as there are tons of variations I'd never done before and the flow was actually fun(ky). I'd like to ask if you have any videos available that haven't got as much cues, where you just name the poses (for example) and let us chill and flow. If there aren't, I think it's a great suggestion and I hope to see you again on the mat soon❤

      Hi! In most of my classes I'll cue the poses quite a bit, but a lot of times we will repeat a sequence 2-3x and I only really mention the pose names at that point. Thank you so much for the suggestion I will most definitely create some classes with less cueing :)

    Pls make more 40 min wrist free hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for 1) detox 2) balance 3) strength building 4) hip opening 5) heart opening 6) sacral chakra 7) all chakras 8) water element 9) all elements
    10) vin to yin 11) for sore muscles
