    Super fun transitions I wouldn’t say for beginners though! Didn’t get much modifications cues but I tried my best!

    I feel sick so I decided to do some movement just to breathe but ended up here and I don't regret it) definitely feeling better and going to take a cup of tea after the practise) by the way, I would rather call the flying lizard pose a dragonfly, that's what I had in my mind while doing it🌻 salutes from Russia, thank you for your classes

    I love This class. It’s the same base movements,ran through your creativity and skill, reimagined into a combination making it challenging and genuinely fun 😊
    A small, seemingly insignificant improvement: left skandasana, my left foot is flat now. this 2-3 cm change is huge! I have wooooorked towards all of this FOR ALMOST A YEAR. ( started 3/7/23. Every single day (minus 5 days in April 🤒))
    … with allllll of the hundreds of hours practicing and prepping to get to the mat.
    It is SO rewarding to straighten my legs FULLY In scissors after 100+tries. And to open my chest to the sky a bit more. My pigeons are pigeoney (My cheeks are on the mat 😅). My bow was bowed, my flying splits flew!! Yes. 🙌. I needed this today !

      Aaahhhhh!!!! I knew it had been a whiiiiiile I didn’t remember a lot of this class! Awwww I’m so cute. My left foot is flat! Yes but it’s under my buttcheek. A little to the side but - actively opening hips has made my skandasana better. My feet are outside of my butt now!

    Thank you so much for your amazing yoga classes Charlie! I just can't get enough of your videos 😍 I've been practising yoga for four years now and one year ago I started testing a few more "acrobatic" poses but apart from the standard crow pose which I found very easy from the start, I struggled with the rest. Three months ago I found your classes here on TH-cam and because I love your sweet personality and your wonderful flows so much, I'm now practicing with you several times a week 🤗 And I'm so astonished at how fast I make progess in my yoga skills 😱 I don't even push it. Now I confidently flow into the other variations of the crow pose and today I even managed the scissors pose which I've been pracising for ages without any success 🎉 I think I make so much progress because your flows prepare my body so well for each pose and your creative transitions always ensure that I end up in the exact position that I need to get into each pose 😃 I guess that's the problem most of the time. That you don't really know where to "start" a pose and how to get into it. So, thank you Charlie, I'm so grateful 💕

    I real like how does this yogga routine starting at first it wasn’t usually to begging with such a cool transition and again in the middle dive in into the different position, this is so creative class 💫🧘🏾‍♂️

    This was really fun, definitely did not expect that shifting forward into pistol squat, rising up into a twist and then warrior 3. Loved the inclusion of flying lizard, flying splits, side crow and then legs extended. Overall, not an expected flow and just plain playful.

    I enjoyed this one. ( I love how Charlie says Beee -yoooooou -TI-ful. Right when she knows 99% of us are dying to come out of the pose we are in.😂)
    About 3 days of going back to 45-60 minute practices,I worked and acquired the little bit of space I needed to get into pigeon and sit in cow legs. I did half lotus on both sides. I did flying splits with my right leg over my arm. Just everything I was getting and sliding into. I can’t believe it! I’m making so much progress- I found the right teacher at the right time and I’m laser focused.

    Only recently discovered you and I'm loving your channel and videos. You've helped me progress from beginner into intermediate level and my confidence has grown a lot. Stumbled across this video as I waslooking for a new challenge. Boy was I ever humbled 😅 I kept persisting though, with whatever I could do.     Thank you for this joyful flow, teacher Charlie. It really helps my recover from other trainings. I can achieve most of the flow, but I got problems for the two arm balancing poses because of my knee and ankle movement limitation(aging damage from past bball sport). Are there any replacements for them?

      Hey thank you for joining me ☺️ those arm balances are very tricky so don’t worry if you couldn’t get them, it can take a lot of practice. I recommend starting with a beginner level arm balance like crow pose - however if this doesn’t feel good for your knees it might be best to avoid postures like this. Are you limited because of an old injury?

      @@CharlieFollows Yes, it's because of old injury. I have no problem for crow pose. But for the two in this flow, I have to use my ankle and knee to support the body turning. That's why I felt pain and couldn't achieve the pose. Anyway, you are right. I should avoid them before finding some way to increase the flexibility of the joints.
