    Hi Tana, I rarely leave long comments on TH-cam but I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your channel. I came across it some time last year as I was looking to "support" less well known yogis (I know a view isn't much but I know from working on my own mini business over the last years giving workshops that every little helps and it's also really great when a few people support you regularly) as well as find other styles and teachers myself. I basically want to say I really love your videos and have been doing one almost every day when doing vinyasa since finding you as a teacher. I genuinely feel like I've grown as a "yogi" in this time and even though I've been doing yoga online for a few years now I feel that TanaYoga has given me the final push. I feel much stronger - not all the time of course :) :) - and I feel that I've been focusing more on my breath in the postures with your videos which I really love as those moments of complete presence are so amazing. I also started watching foreign language dramas randomly during the restrictions and I was so surprised to see you on a show I was watching called Liberty - I love these random synchronicities :) :) This was a very long comment - it was basically to show my appreciation and say that I wish you the best with your channel :) :)

    Loved all the balancing postures and the standing splits. A challenge, but so good to help push me to focus and be here in the moment instead of thinking of other things. Great strengthening too!
