  • What's up guys! Today's video is from a request, so we have an in season basketball strength training. It's a workout to maintain strength in season for athletes, something that is super important. Although it was designed with basketball in mind, this program outline can be applied to any sport, working on deceleration and reinforcement exercises at the start, hitting some strength exercises, and some corrective exercises specific to your needs and sport. It is very important we keep lifting even in the middle of our season to keep our strength levels. This will help against injuries, and we need to correct muscular imbalances that develop as we play our sport. Hopefully this video helps if you're an athlete in season who is looking for a strength and conditioning program that'll keep them feeling good and strong during the season. Enjoy!
